Refurbished apartment with overlooking golf course , 5 min walk from beach

Spacious balcony and roof terrace overlooking picturesque golf course. Wet room with large shower. Two double bedrooms and walk through living room/kitchen. Next door to the club house and adjacent to tennis court, putting green and driving range in a delightful two storey block with pool. Beautiful beach of Son Parc and all amenities (shops, restaurants and bars) is a short walk away.

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its beaches, coves, forests and what must surely be the most picturesque of golf courses. Whether you are looking for relaxation and tranquillity or activities such as golf, tennis, fishing, diving, cycling or horse riding this is for you. There is so much to explore and so many delightful views. There are numerous good restaurants in wonderful settings where you can drink fine wine and watch the sun go down. This is one of the gems of the Mediterranean waiting to be rediscovered. We deal in property in the Caribbean and Europe and believe that there is no more beautiful place than this area of Menorca.

The championship golf course is flat and incredibly picturesque, surrounded by beautiful pine woods, and featuring lakes, wild canes and peacocks. It was designed by Dave Thomas who designed the Belfry.
Son Parc is an easy 18km drive from the airport along one road. This is an area or outstanding natural beauty including forests and undeveloped coves and beaches. There are many activities in the area including cycling, horse riding, diving and fishing.
The wonderful promenade at Fornells and delightful beaches at Arenal de Castell and Macaret are within 5kms.

Good apartment - could easily be better!
This apartment is in a good location (right next to the Golf Clubhouse) however it is sparsely furnished. There is no furniture at all in the main bedroom, apart from the bed. There is nowhere to put your clothes - no wardrobe, no drawers and no mirror. Fortunately there were only 2 of us so we used the second bedroom as a dressing room. There is a wardrobe in the second bedroom but still no drawers - we had to lay our undies etc out on the beds. This apartment is not really suitable for 4 adults especially as the second bedroom is quite small and is the only area for clothes to be hung. All it would take to elevate this good apartment to an excellent apartment is the addition of a chest of drawers in the main bedroom, a small coffee table in the main living area would have been useful so we did not have to put cups / glasses on the floor and a bin in the bathroom. The apartment had a fan and a vacuum cleaner - however both were broken. Our arrival information gave us detailed instructions on how to use the Tronsmart TV box - this was not in the property. There was an Amazon Firestick though if you have an Amazon account (?) On a positive note the outside spaces were well presented - sun loungers, table chairs etc. To summarise - A bit more attention to detail required as the price paid for our holiday was not reflected in the amenities in the apartment.

Chilled out weeks stay at Albatross apartments
Apartment well equipped in the great location of Son Parc, overlooking the golf course. Fab roof terrace, ideal for barbecues and evening drinks, watching the stars. Swimming pool outside the front door and excellent. Had a wonderful week and would definitely like to return.

enjoyed the stay. Bed a little firm for my taste. A mattress pad would be great. Some basics would be great to in the kitchen. Salt and pepper and basic spices. A bottle of water upon arrival.

Golf week with friends
As indicated in the starring, everything was described. Communications with Sue Kelly and her assistance was first class. The apartment is in the ideal position for golfers as it is the first apartment from the clubhouse with great views of the course. The golf course, however, has not been improved with the new holes layout and is disappointing. Hopefully, this may be improved further. Overall, we would definitely use this property again for our trips.

my impressions
The apartment is in a very quiet and relaxing area, surrounded by vegetation. We really enjoyed the location and the peace around us. Like other good qualities it is certainly spacious and offers the possibility of enjoying the terrace too. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house is modern and like in the photos. As negative sides we found this: the double room does not cover the light, so for those who like to sleep in the dark this house is not good at all. Eating on the terrace is nice but mosquitoes arrive in the evening, so in the evening it's better to close the windows and stay indoors. The bathroom is very nice but with the shower if you are not very careful everything is flooded. If will be improved a couple of things, in my opinion (blackout curtains and shower enclosures), then it would be of course a great accommodation. PS: be careful with the doors! They have a strange locking system, you've to move up the door's grip, release the grip, and then you turn the key to lock the door.

Wonderful view ..private roof terrace
Lovely stay ..views beautiful. Apartment clean and tidy and quite well equipped. Could do with a mirror in bedrooms and a hairdryer. Easy walk to shops, bars approx 15 mins cut through path in woods at the end of road. Good 20 min walk to beach ..but it is a pleasant walk. If driving plenty of parking ..good facilities at beach and child friendly ..lifeguards in peak season. 17 euro for 2 sunbeds day..15 euro for pedalo with slide for hr. Pool at apartments inviting but need to take chair down etc. This apartment is on 3rd floor ..access via steps x 2 flights or ..walk up slope then 1set steps. Adjacant to romeo and juliet ..golf clubhouse ..minimal noise.. Roof terrace was very private and lovely view. Cleaners turned up on day of leaving before 9 ..explained that we check out at 11..and appeared surprised but ssid they would return. Air conditioning very good. Option to use golf clubs etc in storage room. Would we return ..absolutely ..well worth staying especially if a golfer..

Incredible apartment with fantastic golf views
Spacious living area, great location near supermarket and beach and restaurants, lovely golf views, clean and modern, easy to get to, parking right outside, use of golf clubs and 25% discount at club house really useful, great TV facilities, aircon useful even in October when we stayed! As a golfer, could not beat having breakfast watching people tee off and on practice putting greens. Fabulous apartment, and fabulous holiday had by all.
