The room was perfect for our group,the complaint I have is when we asked for some replacement of towels and toilet paper we were told that they could not because of how the building does not do hotel amenities as such. We were also told to wash our towels so we could reuse them. Other than that the room served it's purpose next time I'll know to bring extra paper and towels because I love the beach that was just around the corner.

The property itself was okay b/c of the location but not worth paying 300 a night. I was only there to shower and sleep, which was almost impossible because the bed was sooo TERRIBLE!!! If you are a light sleeper good luck getting any sleep. Between the noise on Collins Ave and the people coming in and out of the complex, you can hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the hallways. I will not be staying here again.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Being close to everything you also hear everything. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The only complaint we had was the check in information said we could store our luggage at the hotel next store. This is incorrect. They told us they should not have told us that. We had to drag our luggage around.

I left my reservation a day early because it’s extremely loud (I know it’s the location) but also because of bedding was not good and how bright it was even at night time in the room.
