2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport.

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is set within the lovely Medina del Zoco complex. Situated within 2 minutes walks of the El Zoco commercial centre offering a range of shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Only 15 minute drive to either Marbella or Fuengirola along the coast.

The Medina del Zoco complex is a secure gated community with a beautiful swimming pool set within tropical landscaped gardens.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout.

From the lounge there are large full length patio doors which open out onto a covered south facing covered terrace, perfect for outdoor living and al fresco dining. There are sea view and you can also see the pool from the terrace.

Internet TV and Fibre optic WIFI is provided and there is secure underground parking.

The pool is open all year round.

A superb apartment - ideal for holidays for all age groups.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Perfect apartment
The photographs on the site are accurate. The apartment and the key collection office were easily found from the directions given. You do need a car to achieve this easily. The underground car parking was excellent with the allocated space directly opposite the entrance and a short distance to the lift. There is a pillar which makes car door opening a bit tricky and I would imagine difficult with a large car, we had a Renault Cleo. There are only three apartments on each floor served by the lift, so it was never busy thereby making social distancing owing to coronavirus easy. The apartment had mostly/all new fittings etc and most of what was needed. We regularly holiday in the Calahonda area and will likely return to this apartment. The balcony with its views towards Africa was certainly welcome when we were on lockdown for the last week owing to the virus. Negatives. There was no egg cups, now there are. A safe would be welcome. There was no water on arrival and though it came on during the night we could not shower after a days travel. The water problem reoccurred a week later. It was then fixed, replacing a faulty valve, and did not appear during the last four weeks. The access to the washing machine requires rethinking. This is a great apartment near plenty of shops bars and restaurants. The coastal walkways are fantastic and they are being extended both East and west
