"The hotel is lovely, clean, comfortable. However the roadworks outside hasn't any pedestrian access, and there are holes to step into, within the slushy snow. Breakfast was lovely, but not perfect like with a similar hotel i recently stayed at in Gdańsk. "

"The hotel is very nice and comfortable, good food and service. Sadly, I've noticed that the pool and windows at the pool are not cleaned enough. It's supposed to be an 'infinity pool', but you can hardly see anything through the glass surrounding the pool. Besides that, everything seems nice and it's definitely worth recommending for a short gateway. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the best western in Olsztyn! We were there for four nights and the hotel is in a convenient spot close to the old town and different restaurants. The air conditioning in our room did not always work well, but luckily the temperature was cool while we were there and we could just open the windows. The rooms are pretty small, but the beds are comfortable and it was clean, we did not spend that much time in the hotel room anyways. The breakfast was tasty and overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice hotel. A few activities you can do with the kids which is good. Staff are quite nice and friendly. If you want a quiet few days with the family thats the hotel you need to be in. Nice pool. "
