A good option at a fair price. Easy to find, and walkable from the metro station and easy to get to central areas of Milan for business or as a tourist. Breakfast was good, the staff was helpful, free WiFi, and useful snacks/drinks were available at vending machines. Rooms are a good size with everything you need and very clean.
Had everything you need. There is an automated check in machine outside. When you arrive, you think you have to use it as there are no signs to indicate you can go in, and there is a reception desk. The machine is only for nighttime arrival. Better signage would make a difference; we saw others make the same mistake. The facilities are good but it would be better if more care of maintenance was taken. The curtains were damaged and looked like they had oil stains. They needed replacing, and the paintwork needed touching up from luggage marks. Just a little more care with ongoing maintenance would bring this hotel up to a five-star review.
