Family Getaway! Charming & Bright Mill Valley Home
Charming Mid Century home lovingly updated and decorated. The house is inviting and filled with happiness and warmth. Very quite and tranquil neighborhood set within the hills and trees. Yet only 5 min from shopping, restaurants. Showered with sunlight due to the skylights, the home is very bright and airy. Enjoy the mountain views from the large rooftop deck while drinking a cup of coffee. This home feels very private and is very suitable for families with kids looking to explore Mill Valley!
This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, open floor plan, 2 floors and 2,300 sqft.
*Master suite is on 2nd floor, has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub, and access to the large balcony/rooftop deck.
*Second bedroom is downstairs and has a Single bed
*Third bedroom is also on 1st floor and has toddler crib
*Office/4th bedroom is on first floor and has a blow up mattress hide-a-bed
The home is very suitable for a family given the two kids rooms and toys in the backyard.

Mill Valley manages to feel a touch removed from busier surrounding areas as it's set into the base of Mount Tamalpais and extends to The Pacific Ocean. This is a great place for nature lovers of all kinds, bicyclists and those who wish to visit the Bay Area but desire a retreat like stay a touch away from the craze.

*Backyard lawn/garden is pretty wild and unkempt. Please be careful, especially with kids, because the garden can have poison oak. There is also a resident deer that hangs out regularly just outside the windows.
*The home is very private except front living room that has windows to street.
*Watch your kids on the balcony/rooftop deck.
*Be careful when using the climbing wall. Only use it, if you are safely using it.
*Be careful on step trail on outside of property.
*The fold out bed in the office is a blow up one and the plug in pump is in the closet. It needs to be refilled each night before sleeping in it.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
