Staff were very welcoming and could speak english well which helped a lot, room was amazing no flaws whatsoever. Will be coming back whenever we return to Menton.

This is a wonderful place to stay close to all the action in the French Riviera!! Wonderful staff. All the ladies that worked the front desk were awesome. Love the town of Menton. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Loved our stay at this beautiful quaint hotel. Room was clean and beautiful and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating allowing us to store our road bikes in their shed. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location with a great beach swimming area right in front of hotel. Beds and pillows were excellent. Hotel was renovated in 22 so felt new. Balcony room on 3rd floor was superb. Staff absolutely great. Would highly recommend.

Provides a wonderful and stressfree environment for a holiday. It is superclose to the beach but these stretches of beach are not as accessible or for dogs only so it is better to be walk a little to enjoy a swim

This is a lovely hotel, ideally located to explore the area. Glad we paid the extra for a seaview as it was a stunning view to wake up to.

Hotel is very nice, a few employees weren’t.
The hotel and the location of the hotel was outstanding. For the most part all the staff was very pleasant to deal with. However we had to pay to park at a off site spot which was a little inconvenient. The next day day we asked could we leave the car there for and hour or two while we looked around the city. That’s when one lady wasn’t very nice or accommodating. And told us that we couldn’t and only granted us 30 minutes. There were only 3 other cars in this parking lot with room for up to approximately 10 more. Their check in isn’t until 3pm and they weren’t expecting anyone until after this time but we were still told no.

I've stayed at several BW Hotel, this one was must better than all of them. Good service. The stairs are a problem for travelers with suitcases. Other than that, I will book again.

A super stay at a super hotel.
Our family enjoyed our staying at this hotel. Location was super, looking over the ocean and very convenient to walk the entire length of the beach in Menton. Hotel is very well maintained and clean. Checking in was a breeze. Front desk speaks French, English, and Italian. Room is extremely clean and fresh. Shower pressure is strong and temperature is very sufficient. A 10/10 rating from us. Oh... one small note: hotel didn't provide conditioner so if you must have that for your hair, be prepared to bring your own.

Great service but where is the beach?
The location is convenient if you are visiting Monaco. The service is great. Although, I did leave with a bitter feeling about this hotel. When you look at it on Hotels.com, it kind of makes you think that the hotel has its own beach (photos and location on map), but it’s not the case. They « recommend » some sort of beach club 5’ away by foot. You must pay to access it and it’s quite expensive (20-30 euros for two people). The staff was great, but I was a bit disappointed about that given the relatively high price of the hotel.
