This apartment is a unique and special location close to Monaco beach and Monaco Country club. Set in manicured grounds with a shared pool over looking the Mediterranean sea. The apartment has a 300m2 private garden with terrace, BBQ, sun loungers, dining for 8 people, easy chairs and an unfettered sea views facing directly South.

A private garden gate leads down to a private road and a few steps to sea level. From here Larvotto beach in Monaco is just a 900 metre walk. There are close by amenities: supermarket, bakery, restaurants within 2 or 300 metres making this an ideal holiday location on every level.

The residence is on a private gated road with additional electronic gates and security cameras that are staffed 24 hours a day. The residence is surrounded by private grounds or secure private roads which means it offers an exceptional level of security.

Fully renovated in 2017 the apartment has been finished to a high standard of decor in relaxed modern style and takes into consideration every comfort for an excellent holiday. The space has been designed for relaxation, conviviality and pure comfort. The open plan kitchen is fitted with the best appliances and cookware and features a large dining table hewn from a single tree trunk that serves equally as a place to prepare food in relaxed company or to linger and dine with friends into the late hours.

Bedrooms feature high quality smart TV's independent climate control, en suit bathrooms and high quality 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linens. Towels and beach towels are also included.

The outside space trebles the living area of the apartment with a 60m2 terrace with sunshade, dining for 8 people, outdoor sofas, sunbeds and BBQ. Totaling 300m2 the garden is planted and tended by our own gardener and has reached a maturity over 30 years of attendance. The garden offers total peace, tranquility and sea views interrupted only by the immaculate framing of trees and flowers.

4 night stay.
This was an amazing property and we loved the location. Everything we needed was here and Sarah was extremely helpful and informative and made us feel very welcome. There is a bread shop and a Casino supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. We shall definitely return.
