The managers were so courteous and helpful...from storing luggage to making recommendations for dinner and breakfast at local neighborhood places. A pleasant spot to stay near many of the attractions

Staff are great. Great location. 700 metres to Colosseum and about the same to Trevi Fountain. Great food and breakfast options within minutes. Clean rooms. Weekends can be noisy after 12am. The property could stand upgrading the Wifi a bit. The Wifi drops at times or has low speeds at times.

One of the best things about this hotel was how friendly and helpful the management were, it almost felt like being welcomed into a family home. Our room was also very quiet as it was situated across a courtyard at the back of the property, and the location was perfect - in a residential area, so not touristy, lots of excellent restaurants close by, and walkable to most of the main attractions. Mike was VERY happy because it was 5 mins walk from his “favourite gym ever”!! The room was basic, rather a hard bed, and a tricky shower - but still we were very happy to have found this hidden gem!

Thie hotel and staff were excellent. A brilliant location with restaurants, bars and shops very near by. The collosium was ten minutes walk away. The trevi fountain was 16 minutes in the other direction. Carla, managing the hotel, was so knowledgeable and sent lots of ideas through on Whatsapp. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again on our next visit to Rome.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location was amazing! So many places to eat and shop! Anything you need is close by. We walked all around and found so many amazing places. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. They sent so many recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The room was very clean. They cleaned every day around noon and restocked the towels and essentials. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this wonderful place.

Avoid this hotel - hidden fees
We were informed after the cancellation date that if you arrive at the hotel after 8 pm you have to pay a €30 late arrival fee (it is €50 after 11 pm). Had we known before the cancellation date we would have cancelled. So what at first appears to be a reasonably priced hotel is actually expensive. We really resented the deception and dishonesty. It’s a really mediocre hotel. With the added hidden fees it is not worth it!
