Great place to stay for families! Daily breakfast was good & the pool was wonderful. Our suite was lovely, though it never got totally warm so we had some cold nights while sleeping. The parking garage stressed me out became the spaces were so tight. But overall, it was great!

Overall pleasant stay, very clean, surprisingly quiet for being downtown Montreal. The Metro was a couple blocks away, bus out the front door and Uber was easy to get. Also, very friendly staff.

Everything was great. Staff were great, free breakfast was great.close to everything. You can do coin laundry. Didn't use it, but pool looked nice. One thing to complain was sth was wrong with the heat in the room, cause it wouldn’t heat up. They must have known about it because maintenance brought an electric heater asap.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of major areas. The staff is friendly and professional, and the room is a spacious suite that is perfect for families. However, it's worth noting that the hotel's décor is outdated, and the complimentary breakfast is not up to par. There is not much hot food available.
