Property is decent but restaurant service is super slow and my room’s A/C never got cold (even after hours of being on). Location is good and the staff is friendly, but the rooms are super noisy

Worst Hotel
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Would not allow me to have breakfast because I did not have a prepaid voucher, could not charge to room or pay cash. The common areas and the room were not clean.

This property is at a great location, busy street , but easy to find. Staff has been helpful and polite. I would stay here again.

Buen servicio pero las habitación tenía mal olor
Realmente utilizamos el hotel solo para pasar la noche, el servicio es amigable pero lo que realmente no nos gusto es que las habitaciones al tener alfombra tenían un olor desagradable a humedad, el costo se me hizo algo alto pero probablemente porque no le saque mayor beneficio

The most disappointing thing was, at last day, they changed our room because we have our cat, they charged 3000 pesos for our pet, and when we were taking a nap, they start banging on door so strong, to wake us up, just for a letter where we were asked to pay for the cat. Last year we did not have problem at all with cat, this year at last day the made a drama. Never again in that hotel and i dont advise anyone to book a room there.
