"I am obsessed with this property and excited about trying out the one in Palm Springs or Santa Barbara. The room was clean, sleek, well decorated. The provided soap didn’t feel cheap. Linens were nice. Although a lot of the concierge stuff is digital, there is still customer service available. Don’t be deterred by that. It was a short Uber ride away from most things. If your plans are at the arena, it’s walking distance. I rarely ever want to hang out in hotel lobbies but this was different. Vibes were immaculate. The cafe had great coffee and snacks. The drinks were great at the bar. It’s a little trippy when you pull up because you know that this used to be a road side motel, but it felt charming."
