I had no warm water in my room. I told them the night before, supposedly was fixed. However, i could not shower the next morning. I let front office know and they said it would be hot in a few minutes that maintenance had to “turn broiler on”. It never warmed and I had to leave for a work meeting and not showered. Very disappointed

Great proximity and easy ride to Philadelphia. Many shopping and dining options. Road construction makes driving out of the lot a little difficult but not too bad, and temporary. Connected restaurant is convenient but a little pricey. They do offer many specials though.

The location was great, the staff helpful, clean but a lot of traffic at all hours which woke us up briefly through the night! Parking lot needs some attention to make more handicap accessible.

Overall rating is average. Parking lot of hotel was not cleared properly after snow storm. Unsafe to walk due to icy conditions. Reservations stated it accommodated breakfast. I had to pay the tab, it was not free. Room cleanness was not to my standards of clean. There was water stains and hair throughout the room.

Hotel was very clean and recently updated. The only issue was there were several signs and the website mentioned breakfast but when we went to the restaurant it was closed

Unfortunately, we were placed by the elevators and that was almost regrettable because late at night around 2am, some ladies decided to hang around the hall by the elevator to talk really loud and even screaming cause saying they can’t trust a boyfriend or something along those lines.

My family stayed here for one night while visiting Philadelphia and Haddonfield, NJ. The hotel was very convenient to both locations. The facilities were well-equipped, clean and modern, and all the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a tasty and affordable breakfast at the on site restaurant where both our kids ate free. Would stay again!

Stayed from Friday to Sunday with my family while we visited Philadelphia only 15 minutes away from the first time. I was a little nervous since I only read the reviews after I had booked this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised to enjoy my stay. The staff was cordial, our room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was actually very delicious and well-priced. Our only complaint would be finding a dirty rag on our room’s floor after housekeeping cleaned and the beds sheets weren’t changed. Overall, however, for a 3-star hotel on a weekend trip, it was pretty great.

The room was very clean - which is my #1 priority! We stayed 3 nights and asked not to be disturbed by housekeeping, which they respected. When we asked for clean towels, they brought them to our room without expecting a 1for1 trade-out which was nice. My one small complaint is there was no exhaust vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was a croissant wrapped in foil in a warmer, which was not impressive, but actually ended up being perfect so we could just grab one and head out! The food at the adjoined restaurant was great and we charged it to the room. Friday night they had either live music or karaoke - sounded like it was bumpin. The location was great - quick access to Philly and the airport (once we figured out how to navigate it being on a 1 way street!) Definitely would stay again and definitely recommend!

Good for the Area
Hotel was decent. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken and I was told I could purchase coffee from the restaurant. Thought they could have done better here with serving their guests. The rooms were decent, but needs a good deep clean. Under the bathroom sink was dirty, it's out of site until you drop something and in rolls into the dirt mound. The beds were clean and comfortable and the furnace/ac wasn't loud.

No frills and older but nice bed…no breakfast included which is so strange for the holiday inn brand…they didn’t even have coffee because of a broken coffee maker but didn’t even offer a complimentary cup from the restaurant they told me I could buy my breakfast at…not the best experience sadly

Stayed here for a concert at Freedom Pavilion in Camden. The hotel was not too far from the venue about 20 minutes. We liked the area for different dining options. The hotel was nice, beds comfortable. Liked the Bluetooth/mirror defogger in bathroom. Kinda cool. We got the breakfast included not many options will pass on that the next time. Service was good.
