205 km north-west of Rovaniemi, L.Äkäsjärvi 30 m (length 15 km, width 2 km), shallow shore, hard, rocky moraine bottom, jetty, own boat. shore shared with other cottage.

One half (apartment) of planed log semi-detached house unit on 3 floors, built 1996. Downstairs: sauna, washroom, living room convertible sofa/bed. Middle floor: living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, open porch/balcony. Upstairs: sleeping loft (steep stairs) 3 beds. On shore of large lake in fell (hilly) part of Lapland. Campfire place and lean-to on shore (in shared use). Several fells and ski resorts easily accessible. Area offers wide range of hobbies and sports. Ski trail and snowmobile trail close by. Good fishing and hunting opportunities (note: licences). Ylläs-Pallastunturi National Park starts on other side of lake.

Crib for a baby available from the caretaker on request (limited availability) (25 eur) (crib and a high chair 30 eur), should be booked in advance and paid by cash on arrival.

Olostunturi 16 km, Pallas 30 km, Levi 37 km, Ylläs 37 km. Kittilä airport 53 km. Taidegalleria Raekallio (art gallery) 20 km, Kellokas nature centre for visitors 37 km.

Ett perfekt hus för avkoppling med skogen inpå knuten med hjortron,blåbär och svamp att plocka. Bra standard rent och snyggt. Plus för inglasad veranda. På morgonen renn på gården.

Perusmökki, kivalla paikalla. Hyvät etäisyydet luontoreiteille. Takkaa olisimme kaivanneet. Sekä puusaunaa. Ranta tosi matala mutta hyvin toimi avantokastautumiseen.
