Cozy apartment with communal pool

Cozy floor of 60 m2 with two bedrooms, living room. equipped kitchen (vitro-oven- microwave- fridge and dishwasher.), 1 complete bathroom. Terrace with table and 4 chairs and gallery with washing machine and drying rack. Communal swimming pool.
One of the rooms is composed of two 90 cm beds with included TV and built-in wardrobe. The other one has a 135 cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Double insulating windows.
Spacious living room with sofa bed (it is NOT a sofa bed) and table with 6 chairs and 42-inch TV.
Air conditioning cold and heat for the whole house. Wifi is available. And possibility of folding cot for children under 4 years if necessary.

Overall a good basic property in a good location. However it did unfortunately have a few negative points. This being, use of communal pool restricted to certain times due to possibly impacting on residents " Siesta time " ?? The WiFi code not written down clearly enough to understand & use. Only 1 bathroom cabinet mirror, none for dressing etc. No bread knife or corkscrew & only two drinking mugs for morning tea/coffee. Not informed that water collection container for air conditioning would have to be emptied regularly to avoid flooding on balcony. We feel that if these minor issues were addressed then this property would be a suitable choice for a central budget holiday as everything else was good.

Good location great value
Owner responed to communicatons quickly. Good value property in a great location. 10 minute walk to beach and about the same to the main bars and restaurants. Supermarket and a couple of cafe bars in the immediate vicinity. Was great for what we needed.

ESTANCIA EN AGOSTO
Hemos estado unos días y el apartamento es muy cómodo , limpio y fresquito, el aire acondicionado estaba nuevo; televisión grande con smar tv , las camas muy cómodas (quizás las almohadas para mi gusto no tanto) la cocina muy equipada tiene de todo. EL agua caliente va fenomenal. la Piscina muy calentita. en cuanto a la ubicación esta bien aunque para ir a la playa del mar menor cogíamos el coche , aunque hemos ido poco ya que esta el mar muy sucio y hemos optado por ir al mediterráneo. La atención por parte de Lorenza muy buena, Recomiendo si vais a esta zona

Relax en Los Narejos
Lo primero agradecer la comunicación y ganas de que estemos agusto,Lorenza se preocupó por nuestra estancia. El apartamento es bastante fresco por su orientación,la habitación pequeña no tanto pero enseguida la anfitriona nos facilitó un ventilador ,la cocina dispone de todo, cafetera,tostador,horno, lavavajillas,batidora, exprimidor, microondas, lavadora...El sofá está roto ,lo cual era muy incómodo,nos dijo que lo iba a cambiar, televisión en todas las habitaciones, balcón no muy grande pero suficiente para una mesa y 6 sillas, tiene cama de matrimonio,2 pequeñas y una supletoria,la cama de matrimonio era muy muy dura y la almohada era como de trocitos de goma espuma que hacía que se te hundiera la cabeza,en un par de días te acostumbras.La piscina tiene suelo de terrazo,por eso vendría bien unas sillas para disfrutar del fresco que hace en ella, también tiene unas sombrillas y al ser una urbanización familiar hay poca gente y se disfruta de ella.Está en una calle principal donde hay bastante tráfico pero en el dormitorio principal que da a la calle tiene doble acristalamiento y no se oye nada,hay cerca unos bares, confitería/panadería,unos pub.A 5 minutos andando el consultorio médico,10 minutos andando varios supermercados ,15 minutos zona de bares y restaurantes y 10 minutos a la playa .Sin duda repetiré.

Férias para descansar.
Férias para descansar, local pacato e aprazivel perto supermercados, Perto praia cerca 900 metros 14 minutos a pé 5 minutos bicicleta 3 minutos carro, Lorenza muito simpática e atenciosa. Recomendo plenamente. Vacaciones para descansar, lugar tranquilo y agradable cerca de supermercados, cerca de la playa a unos 900 metros 14 minutos andando 5 minutos bici 3 minutos coche, Lorenza muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo completamente Holidays to rest, quiet and pleasant place close to supermarkets, close to the beach about 900 meters 14 minutes walk 5 minutes bike 3 minutes car, Lorenza very friendly and helpful.
