2 Bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo. Fully furnished 3rd floor walk up. This condo will make you feel right at home. It is spacious and located in a prime location close to Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle beach boardwalk and many other attractions. Private Master bedroom King size bed with attached bathroom. Second bedroom has two single beds one being on a trudge. Living room has a pull out couch that fits 2 people. Private screened in balcony right off of the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, utensils, condiments, pots and pans. In-unit laundry washing machine/dryer. Plenty of closet, cupboard & counter space. Cable and wifi. Free parking, Reasonable house rules, Early check in, Self check-in easy access- keypad lock on front door with code given upon check in instructions. You and your guests will have access to the community’s fantastic amenities, including one indoor and one outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a tennis court, mini golf area, putting green, picnic tables and bbq charcoal grills scattered around the property.
