When I checked in I inadvertently left my sunglasses on the check in counter. Would have been nice if clerk had been more alert and have let me know or inquired. But all good, next day wife went check-in counter and there they were. Other than that all good.

Comfortable room with fireplace balcony and river view. We we given a coupon to leave on our door handle and a box of pastry brought to our door at the time we requested. Nice touch. My husband usually doesn’t eat sweets but each day he was delighted to discover what was in the box. Steps from Iron Chef Morimoto’s restaurants

Location, cleanness of facility, Staff friendliness, historical location, parking, I liked. We had two room One was really good size one was small specially when we put a roll in bed. Bathrooms in both room were not private enough.

Our room was perfect for my husband, (our labradoodle), Odie, and myself. Clean, big and updated. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. They had a welcome basket for our pup filled w/treats, blankets and water bowl. Just a lovely stay.

As old fashioned and vintage it looks, it’s very modern inside. The quality of the room, coffee, internet, complementary breakfast options, room service and of course great customer experience from the entire staff.

This is a quaint lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Napa. The rooms are very nice, bed is comfortable. Water pressure out of the shower is a little low. Love the added touch of the Sweet Shoppe morning pastries. Only issue found was the early morning wake up call from the trucks in the morning. Loud noise at 6:30 am. Might not be so bad on the river side. But the side we were on, restaurant side not so good. Would consider this place again next year when we return.

Location is prime! Walking distance to all major restaurants, tasting rooms, coffee houses and boutiques. Picturesque views along the river and lots of charm to be offered downtown. Staff extremely polite and helpful where it counts. Parking was plentiful and easy to find.

It was overpriced for 2 double beds, not 2 queen beds. We had 3 people in the room and it was a tight squeeze.

Super cute location. Furniture in the room is a little dated but very clean and comfy bed and linens. Although very old school, the A/C and heater worked perfectly. Nice amenities in the shower with good pressure.

It is an older hotel, but well maintained and up to date. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. The river walk allows access to many restaurants and takes you to the Ox Bow market area with a very short walk. We observed river otters while we sat on a bench by the hotel. Great experience at The Napa River Inn.

Only complaint would be that the people in the room next to us blasted their music for hours in the night. We had to call and complain. Seems the walls are very thin.

Very walkable to main street where restaurants and bars were yet far enough that seemed quieter (except for morning garbage trucks). Love the courtyard landscaping and the small shops/cocktail bar and restaurants which added to the quaintness of the location. Free parking big plus.

It was a very nice hotel except they put us in a room next to elevator which was noisy all night. I recommended to front desk that they should not put anyone in that room unless it’s the last room to book. They were not at max capacity. The room also faced the side street so had no decent view of the riverwalk or downtown.
