Nice place average suites have nice layout hot tub was hot but jets could use more pressure and my bathtub had literally no water when turned to the hot side so made for low pressure for the shower and not a scolding hot bath!

Staff unfriendly. Acted like they all hate their jobs… Rooms only get cleaned every 3 days.. and sheets changed every 3 days. that is disgusting!!! Especially for the cost!! Horlel refused to grant me my rewards points despite being a high ranked customer!! Had to beg borrow and plead for toilet paper and clean towels.

Super cool hotel! Would highly recommend. Cool outdoor atmosphere with lots of fish ponds, 2 pools 2 hot tubs, overall best hotel especially for the price.

Having to drive around the front of an extremely busy restaurant to reach the parking for our room, and finding that many restaurant patrons utilize hotel parking for their dining is disturbing. We were told this was a recently refurbished room, and I'd love to have a chat with the designer, as the room layout was quite awkward with only one chair and no table. We find the trend of No guest services booklet/local dining listing to be highly inconvenient as well. The grounds were interesting, and the breakfast was nice, but the coffee was unable both in the room and at the breakfast dining area.

The staff was friendly but this hotel should have been CLOSED during their MAJOR renovations. We had no idea this was happening. We would have never stayed there. We were woken up early every morning by construction noise including the roof right over our room being ripped off! It went on all day, you could not enjoy the pool area or anywhere else. Also, the sheets were stained, bathtub chipped. Shame on the owners and Best Western for keeping the hotel open during this time. The front desk attendant said that they had informed Expedia of the renovations, but we did not see that in the description of the property.

Property looks old and outdated no pool heater like advertised breakfast pretty mediocre no many options room ok but some dirty furniture and don’t get me started on the shower super uncomfortable and water pressure horrible. For the price there are way other better hotels in Naples. On Expedia it showed i was going to pay $733 for 2 night ended up paying $806 So 400 pee night???? Not worth it at all !!!!

No sign on Elevator. Had to call to see how to use it as we had a handicap person and three kids one of which was handicapped. We were told oh sorry its broken and they were waiting for parts. Ok strike one. They did have someone help us bring luggage up. Went in room it was dirty called down to ask if they could send someone to look at it and was told by the manager she was training someone and couldn't leave the desk. Didn't even offer to send anyone as soon as possible. So strike two. Then i asked if we could change rooms and was told no and that i was being hostile and they didn’t feel comfortable coming to the room. I asked for a refund and was told no because i booked through expedia. So i called expedia and they said since i had paid Best Western they were responsible. I Asked for refund and was refused. I went to the lobby to show them photos and asked them just to look at them and was told to leave they were done with us. Never in my life have i been treated like a piece of trash. Obviously they don't care about customer service nor their company. The manager should be fired for the way she treated me and my family.

The room was infested with bugs. I get there to check in their software system doesn’t work. They made me wait an hour and a half to check in after 4pm and then they had to re-record my keys cause after the second day, they wouldn’t work room was completely redone. All brand new

WE booked a king suite and were upgraded to a condo. WE obviously had more room but gained a view of a street and the parking lot instead of the pool/gardens courtyard that we were expecting. No explanation given upon checkin.. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping NEVER came into our room. The pool shuttle was awesome.

There were no rooms ready when I arrived. They told me they will call me on my phone when the room is ready. I told them I had a 2 yo baby that need to take a nap. After 1 and a half hour I went to check again and they gave me a room and when I open the fort, was occupied. Then, they gave me another room and the toilets did not flush. They could not fix it and no other solution offered.

The suite was excellent, roomy and comfortable. You folks underpromised and overdeliveted. But i have to say a word about your staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the grounds crew to the breakfast attendants, seemed depressed, not happy in their work. No one was outright rude to us, but no one smiled, greeted us pleasantly, or even looked at us when they spoke. This was pervasive. An animal rots from the head down, so i attribute this to management. If you could improve overall morale, you'd have an oasis on your hands.

This property was exceptional. The grounds was amazing and also the staff. I just don't understand why there was no table and chairs or a desk to eat at. At checkout a man helped said he was new and assured me that the rooms don't come with a table and chairs even though the website showed them. Would have enjoyed eating their complimentary breakfast in our room instead of outside near the pool at 55 degrees temperature. Try being more helpful and understanding to your guests needs who paid top dollar instead of being rude.

I used to love this place, but many things have changed in the bad way. They keep their excellence in personnel service. All of them are so friendly and helpful. However, they are not making the beds every day, just each three days. Just one of the jacuzzis is working from a year until now, and I found a couple of roaches in the bathroom and around the TV.

Nice grounds, unique with all the animal statues. Elephants, Hippo, lions, oh my. M Nice pools and hot tubs. Tropical. Rooms kinda old. Carpet and bathrooms need updating.

Air conditioning ducts are dirty. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room, no extra. Room furnishings very old. Room definitely needs an up date. Elevator did no work. Needs new bathtub as well. We were giving a room all way in the back of the resort on the 2 nd floor. Not what I was expecting.

A interesting property with lots of metal sculptures, two pools, too hot tubs and lots of rooms. Unfortunately, only one of the hot tubs was warm. Most of the rooms were under renovations. The breakfast was standard free, American breakfast, nothing special, but at least there was fresh fruit. A large part of the hotel was under renovations. We had a suite with a living room, an a small kitchen with basic pots and pans and knives and dishes, and a bedroom, which was a good amount of space. But for the somewhat worn out condition of the entire place and our room, the hotel charged too much.

Been staying here for 17 years every visit it goes downhill had to go to front desk to get towels then had to ask Mr Personality James for a towel. Guess they couldn’t figure out there were 2 in the room. We’re told about cutbacks from Covid but I’m tired of that excuse as it’s over every where else.
