Gorgeous modern construction with 2000 square feet of space! Close to everything in Nashville! Centrally located for a convenient $6 Uber ride to downtown. We are also walking distance to the Gulch, 12 South, Edgehill, Music Row and Hillsboro neighborhoods. Blocks from Belmont University and less than a mile to Vanderbilt.

The space

This newly built tri-level home features ample bedding for large groups and families. The third floor has two bedrooms: the master bedroom featuring a king bed and a second bedroom with 4 single beds. The master bath features a stand-up shower as well as dual sinks. There is also a full bath en suite bath attached to the second bedroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room features a large floating flatscreen TV and has an open floor plan, perfect for your entire group to spend time together during your stay. Enjoy the balcony conveniently located off of the kitchen. This home is centrally located in a very safe, fun neighborhood and just steps to a coffee shop loved by locals!

Nashville townhouse
Upon arriving at the property I had not received the code to get in to the property. I sat outside the property for about 20 minutes trying to get a hold of the property manager (via Vrbo text and phone call by number provided) l before I finally got ahold of someone to let me in. Upon getting in, the property itself was clean and nice. However, when I went to shower, the first towel I grabbed was covered in hair. Beyond these issues, the property was located in a very good location. It was close to Broadway and was able to utilize the Lime scooters or Uber to get to wherever I wanted.

Wedgewood house near The Gulch
Great location. Beautiful home, comfortable beds with garage. Plumbing in home was below standards. Overflowing toilet on first flush, low water pressure, no hot water in master vanity, low toilets - did not fit image of home.
