Easy to get checked in & out, friendly staff & the Room with a king bed & view of the French Quarter was very nice. Definitely would stay again...

The location is excellent just in the heart of Bourbon St. we loved that part, and also the hotel Christmas decoration and the nice and helpful staff. But what we did not like at all and we are very disappointed with is the loudness specially at night time and I’m not saying music, dancers, drummers nooo, I’m Talking about hotel trucks services (laundry, trash, etc) our room was exactly above the garage entrance and that door made such an annoying noice every time getting up and down plus the truck motors. Just impossible to get a good rest! Be aware when getting a king bed room with balcony.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It was everything and more than I thought it would be. The rooms were gray and the bed was super comfy!

The location is excellent, rooms have been remodeled and were beautiful. Staff is always courteous! Wish they would provide complimentary waters in room. For the price of the hotel room, I believe that is one amenity which is doable. I believe $7 for a bottle of water is on the high side.
