Very quite no one bothers you and you can come and go easily bus stop right in front of the place and everything.

I got there i was given a room and it was so dirty bed not changed hair on the pillow and towels on the bathroom floor and tissues on the table i went down complain i was given another room another floor went inside same thing actually more terrible i complained again and was given a 3rd room same floor i told them im not going to check it you guys check it and finally it was clean but it was next to the stairs and there is a lot of noise and really felt unsafe NEVER COMING BACK DONT GO !!

It is far from Manhattan but has an excellent quality-price ratio, with a private room and bathroom, something difficult to find in New York

The first room they placed me in had bodily fluids on the duvet cover, the floor and the curtain, toilet handle broken and no toilet paper, 2nd room was full of garbage from previous guests and had stains on carpet. 3rd and final room the tv was reset and the wifi wasnt connected it took 20 minutes for them to come up and connect it.

Several floors were under renovation and I was initially put in a room with a chemical smell so strong that I eventually asked to be moved. The room was also dirty — thick dust in some places, hair on the counter, paint or wallpaper flaking off some places to the touch. I was moved to another room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though this is a non smoking hotel. Staff were not very sympathetic to requests to move again and I suggested they come to check out the smoking smell for themselves; they never did. When I left, my floor was very messy and in the middle of being repainted.

Room was nice and clean but the smell of cigarette smoke filled the room when the heater kicked in. Maybe a chain smoker was near the air intake, made it hard to sleep.
