The property was very convenient for broadway. Loved the tea, coffee and hot chocolate at all times. Breakfast could have some more hot items. They gave us great options for dinner!

The hotel was amazingly quiet. Couldn't hear any neighbors or street noise. The location is fantastic. You're in the heart of the theater district. 2 theaters are on the same block and more are on the streets above and below it. Hells Kitchen is 1 or 2 blocks away, so you have a UN of restaurants to choose from. Public transportation is also nearby

The Pearl was an excellent place to stay during our trip to NYC! The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, the facility was clean , and conveniently located to broadway theaters and all major attractions in Times Square! I would definitely recommend!

The room was nice and clean but the room smelled upon entering, only one elevator was working at the time so made getting out of the hotel a bit of an inconvenience. The complementary breakfast was decent standard affair, bagels and coffee and the like. This was my second time here still a great and pleasant option.

*My flight arrived at LaGuardia Just before midnight. Prior to departing the aircraft, the driver of the car The Pearl arranged to pick me up called and informed me he was there waiting for me. *Upon arrival at The Pearl we were warmly greeted and expediently checked in. *The room was very clean and equipped with many extras, like a courtesy umbrella. The bed was extremely comfortable. *Each morning a free breakfast was available in the dining area which has a scenic view. *Each employee I encountered went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. *The Hotel is located within walking distance of Broadway, ABC Studio, numerous restaurants, specialty stores, gift shops, and more. *The Pearl is officially my #1 Hotel in New York City and I highly recommend it without hesitation. Great location for easy access to the entire city. Subway station is really close and the area is well maintained. Staff were very knowledgeable about the local businesses and gave great recommendations for all our needs. If you are a coffee drinker, a quick walk to the “ground central” cafe is a must. The only issue we had was that the room that we had booked was not ready and was undergoing renovations, however, the staff worked with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable and placed us in a comparable room. They also sent up a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused. We will look forward to returning to “The Pearl” which could also be called “The Gem”.

The property is very nice...clean, tasteful, functional. Amazingly quiet room, especially given location. I also loved that the air handler was quiet....it's so loud in some hotels. The staff was excellent, always attentive. Definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Broadway shows in walking distance. Times Square was a few blocks away. Guided tours really close by. My 1st experience in NY and I will stay at this hotel every time I go back.

Staff were super friendly and room was cozy and comfortable. I was expecting a little more from their continental breakfast, but it wasn’t bad. Great location if you’re wanting to be close to Times Square.

The Pearl was a wonderful stay, and was very convenient if you want to explore landmarks such as Empire State Building, Central park, Time Square and Central Station. I wish it had mini fridges in the room, but besides that it was pretty comfortable and nice!

The Pearl was a marvelous way for us to spend an anniversary weekend in NYC. The staff could not have been more pleasant, helpful or friendly, and the property was every bit as attractive as it looked online. We found the continental breakfast more reasonable than we expected, loved our large, clean, comfortable room and we're very impressed with the many amenities including a 24 hour help yourself coffee, tea, and snack bar, bathrobes, complimentary slippers, and a daily wine get-together. We also loved the convenient location. If we had any regrets about our stay, it's that it was only for 2 nights, not a week or more!

We had a great stay. If you plan on spending lots of time on broadway/time square, this is a great location. We were minute walks from several subways that took us everywhere we needed to get to. Most major broadways shows are within blocks. Close enough to time square to quickly get to on foot but far enough to not hear a lot of noise at night.

I feel as if the property is a bit run down . Lighting was poor in the room bedding looked old, needs a facelift. Even down to the hairdryer that appeared to be from the 70's and looked every one of its 54 years old. Felt that it was overly priced for the condition of the room.

Loved our stay at The Pearl! So close to theatres and various subway lines. Easy walk Time square and Hell’s Kitchen. Staff were excellent and very willing to help with arrangements. The breakfast was simple but perfect, and the happy hour was great after a full day of walking. Would absolutely go back.

I have stayed at the Pearl previously and really enjoyed my stay. There have been a few changes to the snack/ breakfast service times and location and the wine offering. It all used to be held on the second floor and snacks were vailable 24 hrs a day but now is only avail. 7 am to 10 am. Snacks are located in the back corner of the lobby and selection isnt as good as once was. The wine offering is now held in the hotel lobby which isnt as nice as the second floor location. Overall a good experience though because these perks are a nice addition to the Pearl experience!
