Located right off I-80, Newton is a small city with a big heart. Our cozy home, tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood is centrally located to many other communities. Our humble home has just enough room for you to get away, or hideaway, depending on what your plans are. You will have easy access to the areas best attractions and privacy at the end of the day.
For added safety and security we have added a Ring camera to the front and side door.

We were going to a wedding at Alta House and this property was very close and conveniently located. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the house is clean and well maintained. There were snacks waiting, which was a nice perk coming off the road. Perfect size for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable, and TVs were in both bedrooms and living room. Highly recommend this property over a hotel even for a one night stay!
