The interior of this hotel is so unique and interesting. It is so well located in terms of access and easy walking distance to the ocean, Vieux Nice Ville and the Saleya market. The hotel is steps from the subway entrance that connects to the Nuce airport. In addition it is an easy walk along Jean Medicin from the train station. The tram runs along Jean Medicin but it really isn’t necessary to hop on because the walk is flat with wide sidewalks on a street that only has the tram running its length. You can’t go wrong staying at Boscolo. It was our sixth stay at this property.

Over priced !!!
Most over priced hotel ever. The room was like a jail cell. The pool had chairs for 10 people maybe 400 people staying at the hotel. Shower leaked, sink would not drain and A/C difficult to adjust.

While our room and the hotel were very nice, there was a surprising lack of storage/horizontal shelf space to store clothing or luggage...we had to keep moving things around to simply make the room useful.

The hotel was beautiful - very clean and white and had a regal feeling to it. The staff was very friendly, but not very efficient. I asked the front desk to book a lunch for me in Eze - and they informed me they would do it the following morning. The following morning they didn't address it or book the lunch. I asked for my mini bar to be re-filled - waited 40 minutes and finally went downstairs to get a bottled water. Any requests from staff were either slow or not handled at all.

Overpriced and overrated
The hotel is in a good location in the centre of town and just a short walk away from the sea. However, considering we paid over 300 euros for one night, this hotel is terrible value for money. The room was small, there isn’t a proper door between the toilet and the bedroom and the shower in the bedroom so there is no privacy. The room also looks very different from the rooms ok hotels.com so just be prepared. The staff were slow to check us in and out and the breakfast was very average for the price. This hotel may have been fashionable 50 years ago but it looks outdated now. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Warm welcoming stay
While the hotel facilities are a bit old and run down, the friendliness of the staff and its prime location makes up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

There was a mold smell near the bathroom sink and the tub was not clean. I did not receive a receipt upon check out and they said they would email it, but two business days later I still have not received it. The indoor pool, gym, spa and rooftop restaurant were closed. The room was nice, but this is not a 5 star hotel...a solid 3. The only thing that was consistently great was the staff.

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The amenities at the property are great we loved the rooftop pool and also being able to use the hydrotherapy pool in the morning.

Good location in Nice! Hotel was very clean and modern. Some items to consider: 1. Room needed better black out blindes. Sun gets you up early 2. Pool on roof was quite small with not too much room around it or comfortable chairs for guests. Still had a good time, just wouldn’t give it perfect marks. 3. Paid for valet parking. Would’ve been nice if this was included as we didn’t get the room upgrade. 4. Good location but several blocks from the beach so If you are going for the beach there is likely better hotels closer to water. Overall was pleased and probably would stay here again.

The location and amenities were terrific but the service in the upper bar pool and restaurant were lacking. Very slow to get to patrons and kept missing the order, had to go back for missed orders constantly

The experience at The Boscolo was excellent. When we checked in it was late at night. The staff was super friendly and warm. After a few days it’s like we were a family. The rooms are clean, comfortable and airy. The breakfast and the staff are so warm, especially Alessandria and Muhammad. Elizabetta and her Staff are so excellent in providing site seeing tips and restaurants. Overall, I would The Boscolo 5/5 and return for future stay. They made our stay in Nice remarkable.

The property is well located. The staff at reception were lovely. The hotel is a basic in the rooms, but fine and very clean. Very nice cleaning staff. The spa is nice sometimes - early morning it is great, later so busy you can't breathe. The changing rooms were a nightmare as they are too small / crowded. The pool too gets very busy, so there's no spade to swim. The staff in the truffle-themed restaurant were excellent.
