The location is ideal: the supermarket is located at the foot of the building, the train station and tram are a few minutes' walk away, and the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais are easily accessible. You are in the heart of Nice's activity, while enjoying the calm of a well-insulated apartment.

STAY

From the entrance, the tone is set: sleek design, careful finishes, refined furniture choices. The living room, particularly remarkable, combines comfort and aesthetics with a large modern sofa, a rug in natural tones, and an elegant cane chair. The whole space is bathed in light thanks to large openings, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The air conditioning ensures optimal comfort, and you have a flat-screen television for your moments of relaxation.

COOKING

The independent kitchen, perfectly equipped, is designed to meet all your culinary desires: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker... Everything has been thought out for practical and pleasant meals.

ROOMS

The two rooms each offer direct access to a private terrace, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the sun or a moment of calm in the evening. One is fitted with a double bed, the other can also accommodate two people in absolute comfort. The decor is sober and elegant, conducive to rest.

BATHROOM

The apartment has a modern bathroom, equipped with a comfortable shower. Hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and air conditioning are also at your disposal for a hassle-free stay.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:

The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• On time
• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
