This place was what I was looking for, clean, brand new and modern. I didn't want a run-down, dirty hotel for "historic" significance. So this hotel was great for being squeaky clean and fresh. The service was awful. They admitted it themselves, when I brought it up. They are new and it takes time to find good employees. Room service was atrocious, sometimes they just forgot and didn't show up, sometimes they showed up with the wrong items, but I did get one refund for them serving wrong items. The Concierge was rarely available so I made all reservations myself, easier and quicker than waiting for the elusive Concierge. The Spa massage therapist was the worst. She wasted time filling out forms even though I had arrived 15 mins in advance, just so she could cut into my 90 mins of expensive massage. I got barely 70 mins because she wasted time and rushed off the massage. This was the ONLY time in my life that I didn't tip a massage therapist because I felt scammed! This is a beautiful hotel, location great, nice people at the front desk. But it has some issues that hopefully it will work out in the future.
