The hotel and staff were great. Very clean, spacious rooms. The area behind the hotel is neat if you’re willing to explore. There is a great crepes place and kabob place within walking distance. There is no shop in the hotel for drinks and snacks, but there is a fully stocked gas station next door. We rented the scooters from the hotel everyday. Barely needed to drive. Uber is quick in the area. Loved our stay in Nice ❤️

This is a ‘bare minimum effort’ type of establishment, even to French standards. When we were given the keys to a room that was not what we had reserved (and paid for in advance), they corrected their mistake by letting out a huge sigh and told us: “we’ll upgrade you for free”… by transferring us to the room we had paid for. Wow thanks. Initially the room was stocked with free water and a small espresso machine with coffee pods. They never restocked and when we asked for new coffee pods, someone showed up and barged in our room to drop off a bag of sugar packs and instant coffee. No pods for the coffee machine apparently. Look, it’s not that big a deal, but the attitude we got (exasperated employees, bare minimum in terms of answering simple questions)… during a low-season period nonetheless… it smells of just plain old bad management.

Beautiful location. Would not stay there again because of the street noise. I have come to hate the sound of motorcycles and scooters. And the rude French drivers. The hotel was great otherwise

There is a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the upgraded room. However, there is limited closet space and there were no drawers available to put clothing away, the shower was a handheld in a tub which continuously fell off the holder. The noise at 1:00 am above us was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get any action. We were no offered so much as a free breakfast in the morning when we complained and no attempt was made to make this right. Also, other than the restaurants in the hotel, there is no real dining in the area. Don’t stay here!

We booked this because we wanted to be close to the sea, which we were. We even given a room upgrade. Essentially jus a coffee maker. But the room was just average. The a/c worked better at some time more than others. Given it was very warm and the room faces the sea, better a/c would have been more appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and clean but the shower throws water all over the floor. There is a lobby bar but always closed. The rooftop bar was more for locals than the guests. Very expensive as well. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety. I don’t think it was worth the 2x price as other properties we found nearby. The tram does top almost directly behind the hotel and this was convenient. The staff (especially bell) we’re very nice.

We were only at the hotel for a few hours due to a cancelled flight, but even when checking in at midnight the member of staff on the desk was so friendly and helpful, and a cheerful wave at 5am when we left too!

When I read previous reviews about this hotel most of them said staff were so helpful reception staff not helpful at all anything I asked about just felt a chore I was standing behind one man at reception and she was not very pleasant to him either,no smile, there was one nice girl that I dealt with but the majority were not smiley happy people. Nespresso in room was never refilled and when I went to ask reception the First Lady was nice and gave me two out of the cupboard yet again the next day no coffee refill or sugar and again I went down to the reception and asked for coffee the girl that night was awful she told me I would have to wait until the next I informed her that there was coffee in her cupboard she eventually gave me it with a grudge!!!! This might seem petty but I like a coffee in my room surely not to much to ask. Most days we went to the beach club across from the hotel and the staff there were amazing lovely chatty and very accommodating. The one day we didn’t go to the beach was the day we went to the hotel pool ,we decided to go for some food all of 100 yards to the little sitting area with a view to the pool had some lunch on returning to the pool my money had been stolen out of my bag, after convincing them to look at CCTV they eventually saw the man who had stolen it gave me a picture & I would have to go the police, the girls at the pool area were amazing and the manager apologised. I’m coming back in september but wouldn’t stay here again.

Good hotel but not perfect
This hotel has a lovely roof top pool, bar and restaurant and is ideally located between the airport and centre of Nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean but quite small and lack storage space. The staff were friendly but very slow check in / reception experience.

Breakfast was disorganized and with bad attention. Valet Parking was too slow, it took up to 20-30 minutes to receive or to leave the car. At the entrance of the parking lot of the hotel, there are people of bad habits. Seems to be a family hotel but is not. In addition the ceiling of the bathroom has lots of stains.

The sea view was incredible, however; it was very noisy-24 hours (sitting out in the terrace )Room service, specifically making beds was not done even when requested; coffee/tea was never replenished in room. We had to go to front desk to get towels. The facilities, gym, pool and restaurant was clean and easily accessible. The beach front is scenic please note that chairs/lounges and towels are extra on the beach(approx. 55 euro). Overall, Nice is a beautiful place, warm sea, very friendly people and great scenery, beautiful to walk.
