Lovely little boutique hotel just a 5 minute walk to both Promenade des Anglais and the Alsace-Lorraine tram station. The staff are multilingual and very friendly :) The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of personality. The optional breakfast buffet was also good! My only small gripe is about the design of the bathroom. It’s big but there’s no closed shower or tub. It’s open with a shower head and just a shower curtain, so everything gets absolutely wet and slippery when you shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

"Villa Victor Hugo hotel has a perfect location: 15 minutes walk from the main station and from Promenade des Anglais. It’s comfortable, clean, the staff are very helpful AND the tram line link to the airport is literally across the road. I have stayed there 5 times now!"
