Charged for an early check in.....then room wasnt ready
Furniture in room scratched and chipped (602) cafe only open midnight to 7am. Yes am! Sent people to oyster boy which was understaffed 45 min wait fir dessert and coffee.
My stay at the Texas Station was excellent great room great service I particularly like the non-smoking accommodations and the casino had a minimal amount of smoke the restaurants were great the help was terrific
Staff wasn’t friendly and when I asked to speak to the manager I didn’t even realize when I spoke to him. He wasn’t helpful or kind. Beds were a little hard and the air conditioner didn’t work.
What I didn’t like was when I booked the room I asked for non smoking. When I arrived I was told they couldn’t provide that to me so I had to buy stuff to try an get the smoke smell gone.
They told me since I booked it with a third party that don’t give any special request.
Price if room was a good deal but I have a president card and shouldn't past that high of resort fee..I don't use any of the amenities I still have to pay the resort fee
My trip that was booked through hotels.com wasn't in their system. I showed them my itinerary and confirmation number. I ended up having to make a separate purchase right there on the spot at check in to get my room.I still need hotels.com to credit my account. Very embarrassing from a book online website.
Away from the congestion of the strip. Easy access, parking garage close by, all of the gambling devices and tables you would want, cinema, bowling, excellent buffet for the price. Large rooms.
We were made to feel “less than” for booking this hotel through your service. When we checked in we were put in a smoking room, we asked to change and were told that we didn’t book direct so we get what’s available and there were 7 rooms open and they were all smoking. When my wife told them she had asthma they suddenly found a non-smoking room and told us next time to book direct and we wouldn’t have had this issue. They did switch rooms. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes which I guess is still a theme for Las Vegas. There were two elevators to go to the rooms and one was broken Saturday night. The service at the cafe was alright nothing above average. Overall we will never stay here again or any other Station Casino property for that matter. If you’re making a business decision to outsource to sell your rooms than the guest shouldn’t be treated subpar for wanting to save some money.
