Ocean Place is an oceanfront building on 145th Street. Oceanfront balcony has a partially obstructed view of the ocean due to the sand dunes. There are restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in bedroom two. There is a full size washer and dryer. Community outdoor pool and two assigned parking spaces. Owner provides WiFi Non-smoking condom including the balcony. No pets, please.
