Lovely neighbourhood and apartment
We rented this property for 6 weeks while our children attended summer school. It is a lovely apartment and very nice area. The manager Monika was extremely helpful during our stay.

Wonderfull place for a great holiday
The appartment is just perfect - clean quiet with wonderful views and and contains all you need. The only reason we did not rate it 5 stars is that there is NO Internet. You have to buy simcards and when we saw all the signs along the road saying that fiber net is available for the property we were perplexed. Just get it done, most people don’t care for the choices cable tv gives nowadays. The other thing that would be beneficial was a description of how to the gym and inform that it is free for the tenants. We realized this after having paid for two visits.

Estancia magnífica
Ya estuvimos en el 2017, y repetimos porque estamos encantados con el apartamento, es tal y como se ve en las fotos, tiene absolutamente de todo de menaje y está muy cerca de la playa de perros del Pinillo, pq nos alojamos SIN NINGÚN TIPO DE PROBLEMA, con dos Bobtails de 30 kg cada una. Recomendable 100%. La piscina de los apartamentos, aunque es comunitaria, no hay mucha gente, yo la mayoría de veces que fui, estuve sóla. Quiero dar las gracias también a Mónica, la chica que nos dió las llaves, que se encargó de que no nos faltara de nada. No lo dudéis pq estaréis como en vuestra casa.

...pero alejado de la costa. Tienes que usar el coche para todo, por una carretera no muy buena. Pero el apartamento está perfecto, tiene de todo. Excepto microondas, lo que nos llamó la atención. La piscina está muy bien aunque no tiene socorrista.

Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas, tranquilidad y descanso absoluto
Hemos estado 12 días en el apartamento, y tengo que decir, que está tal cual se ve en las fotos, no le falta ni el más mínimo detalle para poder disfrutar de la estancia. El sitio es muy tranquilo, muy familiar. Para aquellos que sean amantes del golf, está a muy pocos minutos de cualquier campo. Lo recomiendo 100% para todo aquel que desee descansar y quiera tranquilidad.

Es war ein ruhiger entspannter Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienwohnung mit eindrucksvollem Blick
Wir haben im Februar jetzt eine Woche in der Region Elviria verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich gleich wie im Urlaub angekommen. Der Standort in den Bergen vor Marbella war für uns ideal um verschiedene Ziele in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Ein Mietwagen sollte vorhanden sein. So haben wir z. B. verschiedene Tagestouren nach Gibraltar, Malaga und Ronda von dort unternommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich ja direkt in Elviria, an der A7. Ruhe und Entspannung findet man in der Ferienwohnung die bei gutem Wetter einen tollen Fernblick bietet.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Spontan gebucht und einen tollen Urlaub verlebt. Die Beschreibung der Fewo ist absolut passend. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es die Bilder und die Beschreibung angekündigt haben. Die Buchung, die Abwicklung und die Übergabe haben reibungslos geklappt. Die Fewo ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, wie auch die gesamte Wohnanlage. Perfekt gelegen für Ruhesuchende. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Weitblick aus den Bergen auf das Meer. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell den Strand, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Hier kann man den Urlaub einfach nur genießen und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen und können die Fewo nur weiterempfehlen.
