Family-friendly full-service hotel with everything you need without having to leave the property. It's a big hotel and has nice activities for kids. In the hotel dining and shopping options are a bit expensive but there are two convenient stores (7-11 & Lawsons) within reasonable walking distance from the hotel. There are also some local delicious restaurants nearby as well.

チェックインスタッフが研修生で、少し緊張していた様子でしたが丁寧に説明をしてくれていたのでよかったです。これからも頑張ってください。ホテルは古いという印象がありましたが、館内の所々に歴史的な物が置いてあって、他の新しいホテルにはない魅力だと思いました。オーシャンビューで泊まりましたが、景色は本当に最高でした。夕方にレストランのテラスからドリンクを飲みながら夕日が沈むのを見てましたが、そこからの景色も素晴らしかったです。外だった為、そこにいた女性スタッフが蚊取り線香を付けていたので、安心してテラスでゆっくりと友達と過ごせました。また、朝食もバイキングでメニューが豊富で味も抜群でした。目の前でオムレツを作ってくれるのもよかったです。また、朝食の際にスタッフが多く、細かく気配りができる体制できる状況で見ていて感心しました。コロナの対策として、館内の色んなところに消毒液が置いてあったので、安心できました。次もまた泊まりたいと思いました。

Family vacation in Okinawa
The hotel is situated in a good location and makes it easy to drive to the north and to the central places of tourist attractions. Great ocean views from the rooms which are spacious and clean. However, the furniture is dated and needs renewal. The pool side cafe with its nightly show makes it worthwhile to dine in and enjoy the performance. There are also many shops within the hotel and nearby which is convenient for shopping. Parking is free. However, no early check-in is allowed which is unfortunate for those arriving on early morning flights. Staff doesn’t speak much English which is an inconvenience.

Great choice for family travel to Okinawa
We chose Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa for its variety of family-friendly facilities and services, especially swimming pool, indoor public bath, convenience store, souvenir shop, restaurants, coin-operated laundry etc. This is particularly important in case of unstable weather during summer or typhoon season. The rate for a four-bed family room was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was really great. There are also many restaurants around the resort.

Nice pools. Room is a bit dated but had a great view of ocean. The lounge staff wouldn’t serve us drinks until 6:00 however the day before we could get drinks at noon. One service staff said it depends on who is working whether they want to serve you or not!?!? Long walk uphill to get to hotel. Shuttle stops at 7:00 so we usually had to walk up which is hard in 35+ degrees temperature. Also 2 hour bus ride from airport and if you take a taxi is about 13,000 yen one way

The room floor is not cleaned well. The beddings are old and not clean enough either. The front desk doesn't have enough manpower to handle check-in. We waited for exactly one hour. This is not efficient enough.

It was amazing to stay in this hotel with good value. Room is big enough for a family of 4 (4 single beds) with nice see view. Pretty good breakfast and lunch buffet. Lounge open until midnight and convenience store open until 1am in site. Good location only if you have a car. 45 mins to Aquarium up to north, less than an hour to airport. Nice beaches and fun water activities nearby. Besides the drain fly from the basin, I have nothing to complain about.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel directly on the seaside with access to its private beach. Our room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast is served on the top floor with amazing view. Overall great service for a very good price. We will definitely come back.

We decided to have a starvation here. The location is in a quiet area, and the view is breath taking. The only complaint we had was the hotel is pretty dated. Overall, good stay, but definitely not worth the 200/night price. Restaurants were also extremely overpriced.

This hotel has beautiful grounds, shops and lobby area. The room was decent, but could definitely use some updating. The beds are very firm and, in my opinion, uncomfortable. There are no English speaking channels on the TV. Breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious and have lots of options! The pools are very nice. Service was wonderful.

Family Friendly Hotel
Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort is a pleasant family friendly hotel. The outdoor pool and lagoon area are excellent for children. There is an army of life guards always on duty ensuring safety in the hotel and on the private beach. The main major drawbacks are the lack of staff who can communicate in English and information on local activities available for tourists. That said, all the staff are very friendly, approachable and apologetic for any misunderstandings.

Front-desk staff's service was questionable
Furniture in the room was a little worn-out; front-desk staff ignored my presence when I was in the queue to check out. Realised that they do not even entertain any guest before the check-in time of 3pm which was opposite to the supposed high standard of Japanese service. Other than that, the hotel was rather comfortable and nice...beach had to be accessed via a shuttle bus though.

Room was spacious for 4 pax, the circular design with all the rooms facing the centre of the lobby gives it a very cosy feeling, unlike other hotels with rooms facing dim corridor.

We were. Incredibly disappointed. The hotel needs a total refurb as it doesn't look like anything has been done since it was built. Nowhere near enough sun beds or parasols around the pool. The beach was perfectly nice but swimming area far too small, especially at low tide. We were shocked at the extortionate amount 2 beds and parasol cost. As a guest of the hotel I would expect this to be free or at least reasonable. In general not impressed at all. We were close to checking straight out

I stayed 2 nights and don't have the chance to enjoy the hotel facilities. But still have the chance to walk around to see the hotel facilities. It's definite a resort for family. Have game room, spa and the outdoor swimming
