Exceptional Loft Olhão

Amazing Factory Loft in an historic house (a.d.1915). Newly rebuilt in 2021. Big sunny terrace with Ibiza Lounge and Bar. Design Interior and custom made kitchen (fully equipped).
130m2 Living, 60m2 Terrace. Washing machine, 5G Glasfiber WIFI, 55'' Smart TV. 2 Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Walking distance (5-10min) to all attractions, food and fish markets. Ferry to the famous beaches and Islands of Armonia, Culatra and Farol at the national parque ria formosa within 10 min walk.
Our house is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
New Central Gas heating with radiators in each room for the winter months and 15 min drive from Faro Airport. Monthly Rates available on request for long termers and digital nomads (November to March only).
From November to March we have to charge 25€/week extra for the Central Heating, due to the enormous raising on the costs of energy.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Von Anfang an, hat alles gestimmt. Sehr netter Empfang durch Hausdame Didja, kurze Führung durch das tatsächlich so schöne Haus wie auf den Fotos und dann wunderbare zwei Wochen. Haus und Ort haben uns alles geboten, was wir für eine entspannten Urlaub gebraucht haben. Für uns perfekt!

magnifique Loft
Le toit terrasse est super agréable le soir pour lire, se détendre, par contre y manger est plus contraignant pour tout monter par l'escalier étroit. Il est situé à 10 mn à pied du marché d'Olhao les check in et out se font par contact whatsapp avec la gouvernante sur place donc très pratique très bon séjour merci !

Schicke Loft-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist top-modern. Gute Betten! Die Dachterrasse (mit eigenem WC) ist der Hammer. Gute Restaurants sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé quinze jours inoubliable dans le loft de Veronika et Mike. Tout est beau et décoré avec goût. Le roof top est superbe,soirée et petit déjeuner géniale. Placé idéalement dans olhao. Vacances magnifiques.

Heerlijk verblijf in oud Olhao
Opgeknapte woning in centrum oud Olhao met heerlijk dakterras. Mooie keuken met kookeiland en veel opbergruimte. Winkels, restaurants en markthallen op loopafstand. We hebben daar 7 weken doorgebracht in de wintermaanden; misschien handig om iets aan de voordeur te doen; er kwam tocht door omdat deze niet aansloot op de dorpel. Wij hebben dat opgelost door deze opening elke avond op te stoppen met papier. Straatje voor het huis waar gedurende de dag wat autos doorrijden; ‘s avonds, ‘s nachts en in de morgen superstil. Contactpersoon Joao is heel gemakkelijk te bereiken en reageert snel en vriendelijk. Regelmatig kwam er n vriendelijke schoonmaakster om de bedden te verschonen en schoon te maken. Misschien nog een of twee ligbedden extra op het dakterras; er stonden er nu twee en we waren met drie personen. Al met al heel erg naar ons zin gehad.
