Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Meerblick und allem was man für einen gelungenden Urlaub braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen und sich um das Wohl der Gäste im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten kümmern!

Das Haus bietet alles um einen entspannten und frohen Familienurlaub zu verbringen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Der Buchungsablauf verlief ohne Probleme und korrekt. Was fehlte war der Billardtisch, den wir allerdings nicht vermisst haben, Die Tischtennisplatte befindet sich leider in keinem spielfähigen Zustand, Der Grillplatz hat eine Überholung nötig.

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Etwas den Berg rauf bei Ičići hat man vom Garten einen wunderbaren Blick auf‘s Meer. Pool, Jacuzzi, Billardtisch - es gibt immer etwas zu tun. Die Wohnungen oben und unten haben separate Eingänge. Schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen auf der anderen Seite mit im Haus und sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch ihr kleiner Hund hat sich mit unserem angefreundet. Dazu die wunderschöne Umgebung der Kvarner Bucht und des Hinterlandes. Hinfahren!

Das Haus hat sehr geräumige super ausgestattete Küche/Wohnzimmer. Unser Highlight war der Billardtisch. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist sehr groß geschrieben und sie waren stehts bemüht unsere Fragen/Angliegen rasch zu beantworten.

Vi var 3 familjer, 6 vuxna och 6 barn från 4-10 år. Gott om plats. 2 av sovrummen behövde inte ens användas. Fint hus med bra standard. Många TV-apparater. Internetanslutningen var lite knackig - 4-5 mbps. Uthyrarna bor vägg-i-vägg, och är väldigt hjälpsamma. De håller sig undan och gör inget väsen av sig. Den uthyrda delen är uppdelad i 2 lägenheter för 5 + 7 personer. Man går mellan lägenheterna via en utvändig trappa, vilket var lite opraktiskt. Huset ligger vid en serpentinväg som tar en ner till havet med 10 minuters krokig bilfärd. Där finns också närmsta mataffär. Utmärkt utsikt från huset. Poolen var aningen kall, men kompenserades av jacuzzin som man kunde ställa till den temperatur man behagade.
