We stayed here in Nov 2022 and returned this year. So easy to get to Disneyland (by car, about 10 min to the Mickey & Friends/Pixar Pals lot). Large comfortable bedrooms and a nice garden too. Loved it and hope to be back again next year!

Cute and cozy and met all of our needs. Good neighborhood and great vicinity to all of our outings. The infant accessories (stroller, highchair, and porta crib) were perfect! Wish there were a few more washcloths but overall 💯 happy. Will book here again if we return to the area!!

We cannot say enough good things about this home. Excellent location - near the parks, groceries, and everything else you might want. The house was clean and useful. Fully stocked. Cute place close to Disney. So many beds. I slept in one of the bunk beds with my son and it was comfy. One thing is there’s no top sheets for bedding so hoping the comforter covers are washed after each guest stay. There were a few ants in the house but there were stakes out and wasn’t too bad. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staying at Cozy was cozy as the name tells it. We were made comfortable . We felt safe even coming back late in the night. The house was clean,sufficient utensils to use . We will be looking forward to come back anytime we visit OC. The owner was very prompt in answering my questions time did not matter . We come here for a conference at the Convention Center and it is a great location! It was a nice walk every morning and evening. The hosts are so kind and the property is always clean. This was our second time staying at this location. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay at whether it is for an event at the Convention Center or for Disney. Thank you again for everything!
