The staff was so amazing from checking and to the special attention to detail. Our complementary margaritas upon our arrival. I felt like royalty and I’m a Hilton honors member and never received service like this ever. Valet were exceptional brought us a cart and packed it. Went to the concert and they asked while we walked in if we needed any thing like towels and to let us know that the dinning is closed but they know some place that are still serving food and they could give us a list. So very thoughtful and kind to go the extra mile. We are never staying anywhere else and we come to Orlando for business often. Our check process was amazing and Joel was wonderful! The hotel was clean and was very accessible to downtown. However, i will not stay here again because the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable and I could hear every car that passed on the highway/overpass. It was the worst nights sleep I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.
