Woke up and killed 3 roaches climbing on the bathroom sink and on my toiletries. Killed another crawling on the floor and a large one on the door as i left room to chk out. Felt buggy and itchy all day. Yuck. N Whole place very much needs updating.

It was very misleading when booking the hotel that part of the amenities was a hot tub included. It should not be listed if there is no hot tub on the property. As well the pool was dirty it had trash at the bottom. The staff is friendly. The area is convenient to stores and restaurants in the area. My only big complaint was booking a hotel with a hot tub close to the parks. Iā€™d highly recommend updating the ammenties to where hot tubs are only subjective to the speciality rooms. I wouldnā€™t include as an amenity. Room is nice enough to lay my head down for the night.

This hotel was clean and did not have musty smell. Cont. Breakfast was good and had variety of choices. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The front office staff was very helped and answered questions. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfy and the hot tub was relaxing. They had a nice hot breakfast bar in the morning as well.The only issue was there wasn't much parking when they got full.

It needs to remodeled every dated. Elevator is need of work too. When door opens it not level with the floor 4" to 6" drop to floor in Elevator this happen 4or5 times, one time the door was open and 12" to 18" on 4th floor

The staff is going to charge you an extra 100$ just for putting a Visa card in as a placeholder for your room. Nowhere on the website is this policy stated. I started to cry and left the hotel to compose myself when the front desk threatened to remove me from the booking entirely. This is on MY BIRTHDAY!! Then when attempting to purchase an extra night, they called me the next day after already taking my money and told me the room was unavailable. Mind you I bought the extra day IN-PERSON! I didnā€™t receive my refund until days later. The staff are inept at their job. Be ready for extra charges and lack of customer service. I remained respectful with the staff, but they have no respect for paying customers.
