We love renting with Orlando Resort Rentals at Vista Cay. We’ve stayed in this same unit now multiple times and have enjoyed it. It’s spacious. Every room has a smart tv. Overall would recommend and stay there again.

I come to work at the Orange County Convention Center each year and this is an awesome location. I like to have the opportunity to use the amenities if possible. Not impressed with kitchen dishes, pots and pans or silverware. Super cheap. Wish you included basic salt and pepper and basic oil, butter etc. seems so wasteful to buy new all the time.

Beautiful condo, spacious, with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. Location is pretty good - it's a quiet area, not too much in walking distance, but its a short drive to most of the tourist spots in Orlando. Would definitely stay again.

Comfy beds, big kitchen, comfy leather couches. Nice area, lots of safe walking options if desired. Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops and more. But in some areas, rooms starting to look tired. Over all, would stay here again.

The unit could use some maintenance and updating. There were rust stains on the refrigerator and the shower door did not slide well. The washing machine also made a loud squeaking noise. But overall it was comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider Vista Cay for our next visit. It was very conveniently located to the Orange County Convention Center as well as the theme parks.

This Condo was horrible. The place was old, dirty and just plain nasty. The walls were dirty. There was so much heavy furniture in family room/ dinning rom you could barely move around. One recliner on couch didn't work. If you wanted to recline on the other end you had to move coffee table. Dinning room chairs had chucks missing on the frames. Light socket in master bedroom coming out of wall DANGER. Waste of money. This Unit 4201 101 is on first floor at entrance and stairwell you could hear every word of everybody coming and going. The noise of people using the stairwell was like living thru thunderstorm. We left early because the place made my wife ill. We called and Daniel the manager was useless and a real ass. We have stayed at Vista Cay several times this was the worst. Do your self a favor stay elsewhere.

This negative review was done when we refused to issue monetary compensation to the guest, and we strongly disagree with its contents. This guest requested a first floor but their room type is not located on the ground level so we provided a complimentary upgrade to a larger unit so we could meet their request. The guest also requested an early arrival, and we were able to provide a complimentary check-in by 12PM. When they guest checked in, they rated the unit a 5/5 on their in-room screen and we did not hear from them until the late after on the last day of their reservation. They claimed the unit smelled like smoke and made them sick, however a manager immediately went to the apartment and a second manager went the following morning but neither could detect any odors. This review is false in an attempt to extort financial compensation from the resort.

minimal treatment for non members
the staff at the resort did not treat us the same as their other guests, therefore only one laundry soap, one dishwasher soap, one cheap small shampoo/conditioner combo bottle, one set towels for 5 days. kitchen pans were so old we bought a pan to use and take home. we even bought a sponge for the kitchen because the one they gave was not durable. beds were ok. main hot tub overrun by unsupervised children and cold.

Hi Sheryl,As mentioned in our arrival email, you shouldn't have any staff interactions unless you contact us directly, as we do not have a front desk and this is a self-catering vacation home community. There is no "membership" as these are privately owned apartments, but if you went to the Clubhouse desk, that is rented by a 3rd party company that has no relation to us. We also provide the exact same starter supplies to each guest and it is self-catering for any additional supplies you may need. Furthermore, there are extra towels as well as pool towels above your washer and dryer. If you had contacted us, we would have been happy to assist you.

The room had lots of minor issues. The room smelled of smoke spray, internet didn’t work the first few days. The dishwasher was full of crumbs and food and the washer was dirty with coins in it.

I've stayed at various Vista Cay condos over the years when traveling to Orlando for work and the experience has always been great. My only "complaints" about this one are the sink in the master bathroom was clogged and the mattress was too soft (for me - I prefer a firmer mattress). Otherwise, it was great!
