Linens were dirty. I checked in at 1:30 in the morning. The next morning I woke up and it was stains on my sheets. The house keeper came and changed them. But even while she was changing them the linen was dirty that she bought out. Also while taking the shower the my towels were dirty.

There is basically no room service or coffee machine in rooms. When there is no cups for drinking or toothbrush, I asked the front desk for 6 cups, but she said I can only request 4. Come on, we paid 2 rooms with 6 guests.

The elevator wasn’t working properly had to stick my card in a lot of times to get it to work just to used the elevator there was no ac in elevator the breakfast there sucks I rent a hotel cheaper before an their breakfast were much better than your hotel sorry but need to work on these issues to get my good comments

Pictures in Expedia are NOT what you get. This property was added on to and you get the old part of the property. Room was very dated and old. The lobby and added on towers are very nice, but not the rooms!

The rooms could be cleaner. Not enough parking at the hotel past 9pm… you have to park in a neighboring parking lot full of people due to events in the shopping. Didn’t feel comfortable parking my car there but there was no other option.

I did not like how the staff communicate with the guests. They have a attitude problem. They refused to do house keeping even when asked. They would not let me take another cup of juice when the breakfast time is up. They will cut out the room key right at 11am , even you are not check out and your baggage is still inside the room!!

The floor had a huge wet stain, one of the beds had a hole in it. The breakfast is pitiful, might as well not advertise it at all. Horrible experience of an expensive once in a lifetime trip to Disney.

Communication was sometimes difficult with the staff due to language differences. We had a leak in our room which required 2 calls to the front desk to address then the next day when it was worse, we had to speak to front desk again and then had to switch rooms, which i didnt mind as the housekeeper had just dropped off a stack of towels that were infested with little bugs. On our second last night we got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes, had to call front desk as no one answered the emergency call button. I was then spoken to like a child as they instructed me to press the button to the ground floor, which was NOT working but she didnt understand. Breakfast was just ok- the only protein was eggs and yogurt- no meat. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many others in the area I would try first.

It was an alright stay, we were on the side where the slingshot was, the heat didn’t work (it was below 50 degrees when we stayed) also the water was leaking in the bathroom. I’m not very particular in hotels when it comes to a mini vacation so as stated it was alright.

What a bargain! Very nice comfortable room with a great view at a discount price. Breakfast left a little bit to be desired, and the two pancake machines were so busy that there was a substantial line.. other than that a great experience..

We LOVED this hotel! Excellent location and spacious rooms! Safe area and great view of the lake. Front desk staff, especially Mildred, were super nice and professional. We will definitely be back!

I came in a business trip with a group from work and we really like the location, lobby, pool and rooms were nice but the bathrooms on the rooms were not as clean as expected, there were hairs in the bathtub and floor. The staff on the lobby were not very friendly especially at the check out. The breakfast was included but not very good we ended up going for breakfast in restaurants everyday.

The bathroom was outdated with terrible water pressure and the shower was dirty! The bed frame was sticking out at the end of the bed and caught our legs on multiple occasions! The parking situation was terrible and very limited, ended up having to park our vehicle in front of some sketchy club. The breakfast consisted of long lines for soggy waffles. Overall disappointing and not worth the “value” not too mention that pool and hot tub (it’s only redeeming amenity) closed at 7:00pm!!
