Great location and interesting apartment
This is a great location for beach lovers being only a short walk downhill to an excellent sandy beach (about 10 mins) It was very clean and well equipped but some of the furniture was worn and showing its age. There was a pool in the internal quadrangle but it was unheated and far too cold to use in January. The main bedroom upstairs has an en-suite with large bath and excellent shower. There was loads of hot water. Downstairs are two further bedrooms and another toilet and shower. The kitchen was well equipped laid out. There was a large sofa and a good TV with Spanish programmes and a sat box with mainly german programmes, only two in english (both news). Wi-fi was excellent throughout. Parking was right out side the door and OK for small or medium car but might be difficult for a large car. Upstair is an excellent terrace with sea views (and a hotel) and plenty of outdoor furniture. It can be very windy on the terrance. Communication with the owner/agent was very good and any problems were sorted quickly.

Beautiful villa
I am not one for writing reviews but feel empowered to recommend this villa after my stay We have stayed many times on the island but always in the north. Deciding to stay down south we chose this villa initially because of its quirky look with the pool in the middle and the ever loved terrace The villa is very well situated just being a walk away from the beaches and a few shops although I would recommend a car to get to the main shops and beaches we found a beach just down from the villa that was nearly empty all day long The sovento water sports beach is just a five min drive away and just ten mins to the busier Morro Jable The pool has sun for most of the day although under the stairs there is shade so the perfect mix. The terrace has wonderful views of the sea there is a hotel in front but as hotels go it is quite pleasant to look at and it does not have rooms overlooking we spent many hours in the sun or under the stars never feeling that our privacy was interrupted we were most of the time in very little clothing such was the private feeling Although part of a complex of villas it has very good privacy and you never felt overlooked we always look for peace and tranquility which this villa offered. There was a little noise from the road and hotel but nothing to worry about with all the privacy We met both the owner Alberto and the manager Nina they were both really friendly and welcoming they were perfect hosts there if you needed them not that we did The villa itself is very well kept with wonderful decor and plenty of room to lounge about and WiFi that worked !! The bathrooms are huge with plenty of hot water. I showered downstairs by the pool which was so relaxing there are curtains if you do not want to be on display but the wife has seen it all before so I just enjoyed the view The only issue we found was the occasional mosquito in the bedroom at night we brought a plug in and the buzzing disappeared neither of us were bitten at any time we slept with the door open and fell asleep looking at the stars Overall a beautiful villa with views and sun on all the right places We have stayed in many villa up-to £270 per night this was the best we had stayed in and we will definitely be back Thank you Alberto/Nina we hope to see you soon

Another enjoyable stay
This was our second stay here and everything was still as perfect as it had been two years earlier. We arrived in the middle of a torrential rainstorm to flooded roads & houses. This did cause a problem with the boiler but it was swiftly sorted out by Nina who was very helpful & easy to deal with. This villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The living room is comfortable. We like to eat in every other day & the kitchen is very well equipped. The master bed is amazingly comfortable. I want a mattress just like it now! The best thing about this villa for us though is it’s location. It’s only a short walk to the shops & restaurants & an equally short stroll to the most amazing beaches. All this and a view to the sea. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is the occasional noise you get from the hotel opposite at night. It isn’t every night and doesn’t last long (& probably can’t be heard much from the downstairs bedrooms) but it is annoying if you go to bed early as we do. Should we decide to return to Costa Calma we would definitely still choose to stay in this villa. In our opinion it’s the best villa in the resort.

Villa très confortable et très agréable à vivre ,très bien situee,tout a fait conforme à la description et aux photos,Nina est très sympa et acceuillante tout s est très bien passé. Un tout petit bémol peut être (mais c est une question d habitude peut être ) le matelas de la chambre du haut est un peu mou 😂(il fallait bien trouver un truc a critiqué )

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten 3 tolle Wochen hier und werden den Meerblick von der Dachterasse vermissen. Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein beheizter Pool wäre toll gewesen :-)
