This hotel is a little gem - situated in central Palma and tucked away in a side street, it is an oasis of calm and tranquility. Our rooms were immaculate - beds were huge and comfortable - staff could not have been more obliging - and many thanks to the lady who looked after us at breakfast - she was an absolute treasure. We cannot fault this hotel - it was everything we expected and more and we will certainly return next year. Very highly recommended.

It is the location and the staff that make this hotel so attractive .I only slightly mark down the hotel for its lack of bar or restaurant due to its size but there are many bars and restaurants within seconds of its position.I would happily stay again
