Location and cleanliness and the efficiency of check in were all good in my book.

A gas station and food is nearby. Property is falling apart. The handicap handle in the shower was loose, body mirror outside the bathroom was barely hanging on, recliner in the room was wobbly no one sat in it scared it would break, seen 3 huge roaches near the entry of the hotel.
