Close to the ski hill . Not expensive . Close to parking . Good bed . Good bath shower in a good sized bathroom . Clean . Newly refitted renovated . Wifi was good . No kettle . No fridge . TV had no signal . No front desk . No nearby elevator . Inadequate light . Rooms are not made up every day . Staff is not in evidence at all .

This is definitely not a 5-star property but if interest is on-hill accommodation at Panorama it fits well. The rooms are rather spartan but are large and clean. The Fireside Cafe win the hotel is a good option for breakfast. It would be good if the staff were better trained and provided with information. I could not locate my room as it was in a second building. None of the staff seemed to know this and I had to return to the central check-in to get details. I do not understand why the hotel makes check-out difficult. One has to return to the resort's central office via a lift and walk to check-out rather than just leaving keys in the room or visiting the resort's information desk beside the horel

The room was clean but that was about it. Kinda felt like the recent renovation was done cheaply and some of the fundamentals were missed. Elevator was broken. Tv didnt work. some of the electrical sockets werent working. No phone to call the desk. Guy tried to fix the tv but nothing ever happened. Wont be recommending Panorama or the approach anytime soon..
