I want my money back, I just stay in the hotel for 1 hour. This 3 hotels in one, I think that they are doing this to clean the others name. Every was horrible, the room, the commons areas, the service and the neighbourhood. This one star hotel and I can't believe that Expedia show me this like an option. The photos of the hotel have a good photoshop. Finally I run away of this hotel and they didn't give me money back so now I have to deal with Expedia for this

Great hotel for the price and nice transportation options with 2 bus stops outside the hotel. There is a refugees apartments complex sharing the same entrance area.

Very good, thank you to the reception staff
Overall our hotel was very good. Rooms were cleaned every day. Basics can be purchased from the main foyer at a reasonable price. The only down thing was the unpredictablity of the lifts. Many a times, it just didn't work. Our two rooms were both on seperate floors, 3rd and 8th. Just imagine, carrying all the luggage from 8th to the ground floor via stairs, very exhausting. Hotel is further from the main paris city but very close to the airport. Train station (le blanc mesnil) is about 2.5 miles. Download RATP and it will guide you exactly what train/metro to take. Receptionist very good and speak English. Helped us with our queries.

I was there for three nights and two nights, I was unable to sleep. I was on the second floor and downstairs by my window people were gathering in the middle of the night talking very loud and laughing. They had no consideration but the people they were disturbing. The last night I was there patiently waiting for them to leave until 1:30 AM and when they didn’t I went downstairs in my pajamas and complained. I was told they would call security. This probably was the worst experience for me. Instead of relaxing, I love the hotel exhausted from lack of sleep.

The hotel is situated in the middle of a very run down part of France. It’s worrying as a young girl to stay here, the surrounding area is very dodgy. Walking from the hotel car park to the hotel is a terrifying experience. The transport links are poor and the rooms are lacking in care and cleanliness. we stayed on the 5th floor, the window in our hotel looked out to the car park, it opened the whole way! No safety checks. Only one light worked in the whole room, the hairdryer didn’t work and the sealing had brown stains on. Not family friendly! Not lone traveler safe and not ideal if you’ve gone for a relaxing weekend away.

The hotel was with it’s air conditioning broken, so they put stand fans in the room. The carpet was very dirty. The good thing is that the employees are very kind and helpfull.

The hotel was clean. Stuff was friendly But i ordered a cappuccino in the Breakfast room. I gut charged 4.20€ I had my cappuccino was very nice and lovely In my check out I returned the room key to the reception and I asked the stuff how much is it for cappuccino Stuff answered me 2.20€ I just want it to know how 2 different people charge different price in the same hotel

Get away from this property. Rude customer service, rude staff, rude managers, might as well close the hotel down. I highly suggest to not go to this hotel because its terrible. They wouldn't help us with the AC and the staff is extremely rude and unwelcome to their guest.

The bed was really bad both me and my colleague had back ache and very disturbed sleep The air con did not work and a small free standing unit was provided that was so noisy we had to switch it offthe lights did not work the bathroom had a badly cracked sink,a badly cracked bath and no where to put the tiny bit of toilet paper provided very dirty stained carpet and the advertised spa was three pieces of gym equipment and a sauna that was turned off. As you entered the restaurant all the wall paper was hanging off and there was a broken window behind. When we checked out and were asked about our experience the receptionist advised us it was a terrible hotel and they had numerous complaints on a daily basis. We were not surprised by her comments. The hotel was not as advertised and fell well below any three star standard. Please let me know what level of compensation you will be offering and when it will be forthcoming.

Terrible cheap nasty poor quality of breakfast for 12 euros not worth northing special cold hardly northing cooked the room had no lights working even the air con was not working the room was in poor condition needs updating it’s not in centre it’s cost me 55 euros in taxi for 20 mins journey from centre which i had no choice to pay has there were no public transportation working it was with regrets to stay at the hotel there are refugees camps in the building

Pretty clean hotel with a decent room, clean mattresses and bathroom. The sink drain was unfortunately stinky. Otherwise very quiet and air-conditioned. A bit pricier but great breakfast for 12 euro/person. Free secure parking outside the hotel.

Too far from everything, people who work there look miserable. you ask a question and you might as well google it. Elevators dont work sometimes, just overall, i would not recommend and would not stay here again.
