From the moment we arrived we were greeted and looked after, we arrived before check in and the reception was kind enough to let us leave our luggage with them Until Our room Was Ready. Disney is less than a mile away, so you can either use the free shuttle service or walk to and from the parks. There also is a shopping centre less than 10 mins away with a wide range of food and shopping available. The apartment we were given was clean and the kitchen helped with my three kids and lastly the staff couldn’t do enough for you especially the night shift worker.(Marseille fan)

A comedy of errors on arrival for my brother's booking - turns out the night cover was an extra who didn't know what he was doing and ended up creating a lot of problems for families and leaving them with no rooms through the night. The next morning, Lea and Moud (spelling?) were very understanding and very willing to sort everything out - and all was well in the end - so a great service after some bad luck for both customers and management. The hotel and apartment itself were overall clean, functional, spacious, with nice little touches of free drinks and helpful people, and just a little dated in decor and wear and tear. It is probably the nearest accommodation for walking to Disney but for little legs, we found the shuttle bus they offered even more useful. This could have been a terrible review, but the hotel management saved it, well done. :-)

We have stayed in lower value hotels before but this was by far the worst. The staff were rude and it felt like they were projecting their misery onto their guests. The condition of this hotel was appalling. The wallpaper in the hallways were all ripping and it appeared as if they do not clean the rooms. Their house cleaning left bags of dirty laundry all around the hotel. At check out I was faced with a woman who treated another guest fairly decently but when I was checking out she was rude. I felt bad we were checking out late because we slept in due to the time difference. But she would cut me off scold me and I offered to pay for a late fee and adhere to whatever policy they had but she was making a scene and a big deal. I apologized and she rolled her eyes then told me there was nothing else she needed from me and told me to go. I will never stay here again and will advise other to do the same.

Handy location but wouldn’t go back.
Arrived at the hotel and was given our keys, once we got to our room and unlocked the door there was already people in there who had checked in the day before. Went back to reception and got a new key for a completely different room from what we had paid for, went back to ask as we had paid extra for our room to be told “well we don’t have any left”. They did move us the next day but we had to check back out our room and leave our luggage in the cupboard. The rooms were clean enough but uncomfortable pillows and bed. The building itself looks very worn, paint peeling and wallpaper coming off the walls, the lifts are tiny and sound like they are about to break down every time we were in them. There was no iron in the rooms even though there was an ironing board, we had to go to reception every morning and ask for one as they only had one for the building. The hot water doesn’t stay hot for long and was only enough for 1 person in the morning so wasn’t ideal for a family of 3. The location for Disneyland is perfect and there is a free shuttle so it was handy but don’t think we will go back as we felt rather unsafe after being able to walk into someone else’s room so easily.

I thought the room was nice but the hallways to our room look like something from a horror room with the paint peeling off. water was leaking from the ceiling and bucket was used to catch it right as you enter the hallway left of the main desk.

Very nice property close to Disneyland and shopping. There is also a free shuttle to and from Disneyland. I would differently stay again. The room did have a small kitchen: stove, pots, dishes, mini fridge, and dishwasher. You have to use the key card for the lights. Hallway lights go out and there is a delay on the sensors. Heating and cooling is controlled by front office. Be patient as a many if you don’t speak French People speak very little English, must if my communication was in Spanish. Hotel staff did very well with communication in English.

Excellent staff as always, bedding and surfaces clean. Appreciated in these times of pest issues in Paris. Minor fire event in the property, fire brigade and police were onsite immediately and managed the situation. Superb work by everyone involved, everyone was safe.

Loved our stay at the Adagio. I was worried when I saw some of the reviews, but it was all gone as soon as we arrived. Yes, there's a bit of wear and tear in the hallways but nothing you wouldn't expect. The studio rooms had all the ameneties, were quiet and very confortable. The staff was super friendly and the complementary shuttle to Disney was a great bonus. If anything, I didn't think they charged enough for all they offer, but I'm glad they don't, otherwise I wouldn't had been able to stay and feel so spoiled!

We checked in and after settling in noted that the drain in the bathtub was not draining. We let the front desk know of this issue and they said they were aware and it was a known building issue. Why weren’t we told in advance then?? They offered us a different room but upon running the water, it had the same issue. We were then told that there were no other options available and someone would fix it the next day. We were ignored when we asked for a partial refund. In addition, the room appeared not to be very clean, so we were quite disappointed. Overall not a great experience.

This property is so close to Disneyland Paris and the Mall where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. The accommodation is basic but it was very clean, the bathrooms are big which was also a bonus. There are no English TV channels except CNN Europe. Staff were very friendly and there is a free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris if you didn’t want to walk. I would definitely stay here again for a budget break.

Hotel cómodo, limpio, muy seguro, con restaurantes a distancia cambiables, un centro comercial cerca y se puede llegar caminando a los parques pero cuenta con transporte a los parques y es muy fácil adquirir un taxy.

Great hotel for Disney & shops
Staff were amazing , so friendly & very helpful. The room was great. The free shuttle bus to Disney was great. Also the location of the hotel between Disney & all the shops you couldn’t get better. If I had to score the hotel down on anything was the carpet & wallpaper on the corridor were a little worse for wear. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is smashing .

The staff arranged an early checked in for us. The accessible room is big, quiet and comfortable but the carpet was not clean. The price was good, it closes to Disneyland, shopping mall and outlet. The breakfast was good and enough. During 2 nights stay, they had a special event in the lobby, we enjoyed free macaroons and drinks.

Our latest stay with my partner went really well, as always. The property is a bit run down, so depending on the room you get, you may get a very different experience. Some rooms are getting refurbished. Wifi excellent. Room carpets and furniture well worn down, corridor wallpapper and carpets are very worn too. Don’t worry, the beds are usually comfy and clean, showers are OK and there is good storage space. Kitchen may lack some utensils, don’t hesitate to ask for them at reception. Free hotel shuttle to Disneyland is a big plus to save some energy for the park! The staff, especially the night staff, are SUPER friendly and nice, always willing to help.

We requested a double bed and we literally got two twin beds together. I did not get a good night sleep because I kept on falling into the gap. Also the bed was next to the wall which was weird for a Hotel to have that. Staff were very nice! Fire alarm went off at 10pm at night. We all had to evacuate and turned out it was a false alarm. Alot of us, weren’t haply about it because qe were already sleeping

Fantastic, clean and comfortable stay for Disney.
This was my first time staying here since the rebrand/change from HiPark. Upon checking in with a very lovely receptionist I was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped. Everything you need and more! The only trouble I had was both nights I stayed, my keycard did not work so had to go down to reception to resolve. It wasn’t too much hassle and everyone I spoke to was very professional and lovely and resolved the situation quickly, just a little annoying as was tired and was a bit of a walk. I will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again as a perfect place, walkable to the park in a simple direction in just 10 mins. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Great hotel, but getting shabby round the edges
The hotel is in need of some love. It’s starting to look worn- the hallways have peeling wallpaper everywhere, the kitchen facilities aren’t great: the freezer didn’t close, the fridge catches on the wall, part of the window had fallen off. They need to spend money to bring it up to its former glory, because it is actually a great hotel. Amazing location for Disneyland and the local mall, great staff, beautiful pool and clean, comfy rooms.
