Location is amazing for shopping and dining in the heartbeat of Paris. The staff at this hotel is exceptional. I had a couple special requests and they were sure to support my requests. Easy communication as everyone speaks English well and is knowledgeable of the area

Convenient for train station and Roissybus to airport. Confusion at check in as receptionist said I didn’t have same credit card I’d booked with, until she realised she was looking at someone else’s booking. Said there are soft drinks in the room,but there weren’t, had to ask for some. Hotel has definitely seen better days, shabby and dirty in places. Wouldn’t go back again.

Great location
Great location, small rooms but worked for party of two traveling light. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum. Enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping.

Central hotel
Was very central and easy to get to go to all sites. Breakfast was excellent and the snacks were appreciated. Lift was old and used by guests as well as cleaning staff. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was well located, comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided and availability of snacks, coffee/tea during the day was excellent. Only disappointment was that my room (which was a single) did not have a safe.

A bit hit and miss
The hotel is in a good location for a business trip - the receptionist was friendly and efficient, the bedroom was comfortable and quiet - the bathroom was a bit basic with a shower connected to the bath tap but it was clean - it was a welcome bonus to have free drinks and snacks all through the day - breakfast was varied but it was difficult to find the basics like plates, cutlery, and glasses - this had the feel of a bed and breakfast type accommodation rather than a hotel - the decor was a bit tired in places - overall not really worth the price charged.

Good hotel in a great location
Lovely hotel in a great location in Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to get to from the nearest train station and never heard any noise from outside. Highly recommended and if we come back to Paris in the future would def consider using again.

opera area sings the high notes
Hotel was great, fantatsic location in the opera district, fairly easy to walk 1 way to the notre dame, the other to eiffell tower. breakfast had choice, which my friends enjoyed. Lovely bar opposite and the tavern next door

DIY Hotel
The elevator and corridor is quite cramp. You have to do everything yourself and there was one time when it was quite hot and humid in Paris and the front desk said that they have turned the heater on for the day and there's no air-conditioning. I mean... what the H...?! I was with a young child who was already cranky from the heat. Even if you open the window, there's no wind or cold air. I can't understand why they can't turn on the air-conditioning. They do not provide long term luggage storage as well even if you'll be back to the same hotel after a few days. It's a poor hotel and I won't ever stay in an Astotel again.

Location is great as its within 5mins walk to the main shopping district. But the service and facilities are definitely not worth the price. Staff was generally hasty & unhelpful. Breakfast was pathetic as you get served the same food in limited variety 5 days in a row. Room looks dated but clean, the corridor was narrow, dark & scary looking. Definitely not coming back again.

I was shocked to walk into this hotel. I never would have committed had I known. The front desk personnel were wonderful. They really tried to accommodate us and I appreciated their help, BUT the place is a disaster. It is dingy, dirty and a shock to anyone looking for a three star. It is more of a hostel than hotel. Perhaps because they have bathrooms en suite, they can call themselves a hotel. We needed a triple so they put a foldaway in our room leaving us virtually nowhere to put our bags much less turn around. They offered us a free single room and removed the third bed which was so nice. But when I pulled apart the two beds to make space, the carpet was dusty and filthy. We laid down our towels on the floor b/c we couldn't bear the tought of having our feet on that carpet. The wallpaper is dingy & peeling and there is an overall feeling of yuckiness. That's just the room. The lift can accommodate just one person with a suitcase at a time. The hallways are so narrow you have to bring one bag at a time. The carpet is dingy and stained. I traveled with my 85 year old mother who was horrified. We found another hotel to move to and informed the front desk we would be checking out. They were super nice. They understood and gave me a refund but we had to stay there overnight. On the general area, it is near the Opera but in middle of narrow side street hard to get cabs. It needs a complete overhaul.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We were taken aback that the extensive work being done on the outside of the hotel - literally outside the windows of our room, which were being bombarded with falling chunks of stucco - wasn't reflected in any kind of discount. Comfortable enough, although the furniture and the room has seen hard wear.

Hotel was being remodeled on the exterior. Workers started at 8:15am and finished at 4:30 pm...noisy and no privacy during that time period. Rooms not soundproofed. Staff could not have been better. Excellent location and a good spread for breakfast.

Convenient hotel, with large bathroom
The hotel was convenient for Gare St Lazare (1 stop from Gare du Nord, and on the line to Versailles). The Louvre was 15 mins walk. The room was clean and a reasonable size, but had no view at all. The bathroom had a bath. There was a free minibar with water, Pepsi and juice. Snacks were also available for free in reception.

In the process of getting a facelift! Good value
As we flew in, we arrived early (about 10am) and were told we could store our luggage but to come back at 2. That first face to face was rather impersonal.. Could have made a friendlier first impression, but it was all good from our 'official' check in at 2 to our departure. Room was not the configuration we had asked for, but they separated the beds the next day, as requested. Comfortable, free mini bar is great as is the opportunity to snack or have a drink downstairs from 1pm to 2am (free) Bonus is that you can visit any of their 13 or so hotels around the city and use their 'snack hospitality ' as well. As we walked to so many of the points of interest, we actually tested this at one of the other hotels and were warmly welcomed. A sit down with a cold drink and a great big cookie was a great way to break the journey (or for a toilet break if you needed one) Plug in the bath and shower needed a bit of attention, but didn't affect our stay

We stayed four nights to explore Paris. It only 30 min. from CDG airport, and few minutes to subway station. there are many good restaurants on the street and a glossary market. I choose this hotel because cause their room design is very simple which means easy to clean up. the only problem was that we could not get hot shower one night, and I guess many people filled up hot tab to warm up in the cold night. I asked hotel desk, and he suggested me to visit one of their other hotels which was on the next door. it was nice.

Pleasant mid-range option near Paris Opera
A really friendly place in a quiet side street round the corner from Opera Garnier, main theatres, Auber and Opera stations, urban buses and Roissybus direct to CDG. Decent cheap restaurants and cafes on the street. Old style hotel with a few newer touches. Room and en-suite very spacious by Paris standards apart from a rather small bathtub. Scrupulously clean.Free soft drinks and water in minibar and well stocked tea and coffee facilities. Good buffet breakfast and free cake, pastries, tea, coffee and soft drinks available from buffet in afternoon. Very welcoming staff. Excellent value for money and now my first choice for my Paris opera visits.
