The location is within walking distance to the Eifel tower, les invaleds, and is surrounded by public transportation to anywhere in Paris. The area is clean, and well maintained.The hotel is well maintained and renovated with excellent facilities and friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was great and the staff were nice. The room itself was nice- but for the price we paid it would have been nice to have for example a nespresso machine in the room as opposed to instant coffee OR having to pay extra in the lobby to have one. The light system in the hallways is terrible along with opening the door to the rooms, it's very loud. In the middle of the night if another customer comes in, not only does the hallway light comes on, so very bright in your own room but then their door will make a huge noise, waking everyone up automatically. Otherwise the staff is lovely, the hotel is decent and clean and the room is nice- just overall pricey.

My daughter and I had a great 3 nights at the hotel. Clean, friendly and very convenient for central Paris. We barely used public transport. My only gripes were the lack of fridge in the room, and the room was very small. But you get what you pay for and for central Paris it was worth it.

They’ve renovated and somehow it’s been a downgrade, the beds uncomfortable and didn’t feel ‘fresh’, the toilets weirdly far up the wall (I’m a tall man and my feet were dangling in the air while sat on the toilet), there doesn’t seem to be any sound proofing between the room and corridor, last night we had 5 hand towels and no bath towels… what hotel does that?

The room was small, but hey, this is Paris so was expected. If you're going to offer tea/coffee making facilities in the room and want to appeal to British guests, then I suggest providing English Tea and the little milk tubs.. We had none and when we requested some they wanted to charge 3.50 euro's for 2 tea bags.

The guy when I was checking out was very rude. When I checked in I was told that I paid for the breakfast which I swear I did and they made me pay again. Communication was terrible and like I said very rude. Breakfast was not worth it either

Very nice stay.
The hotel staff was friendly and kind throughout our stay. Of particular note was Haja at the front desk who helped us sort out our comings and goings and spoke English quite well. Our room, 610, was very clean and our bed was a bit larger than a “double” in the USA. The hotel is located near several cafes with outdoor seating and English is almost universally spoken in the area. Our room was small and rather tight, but sufficient if you plan to be mostly out and about. I recommend the hotel as very nice in this price range.

Location was acceptable. 8 min walk to Metro line 8. Restaurants and a variety store nearby. Eiffel tower was a solid 25 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was only in average condition. Lots of scrapes and scuffs on the walls. The beds were small with very soft mattresses and tiny pillows which was not comfortable for me. Very limited storage space in the room with a tiny desk. No coffee machine or fridge in the room. A kettle and instant coffee provided but no access to cream/milk. Towels were not full size and extremely thin. You had to go downstairs after 7 am and convince the lady you just wanted coffee so she wouldn't charge you the 15 euros for breakfast. One tiny elevator serviced the six floors so there was a wait time during the morning and afternoon rush. Cleaning service was forgotten on the first night but with apologies, it was done on the remaining days.

Cute little hotel, except the two twin is extremely small and its two twin beds pushed together. There was barely enough room for two suitcases, comfortable but VERY tiny.

We (family with 9 yr old)stayed for seven nights and had a great time here. Beds were made daily Good internet Clean bathroom small though. Rooms were small no place for our suitcase so we used open only one suitcase at a time. Otherwise its very clean property and proximity to every location. Service is good and people are available. Had a good time

The hotel itself is outdated. I barely fit in the elevator with one piece of luggage. I did NOT fit in the shower. Bathroom no bigger than a plane. Room was VERY small. Not sure why some many folks give it high marks, it does not deserve it. Will never stay there again.
