Great location, and great view of Eiffel Tower. It was safe and walkable neighborhood. The staff in the lobby was friendly and helpful. I have to give them props for that ! For some reason, the final day we checked out - on Apr 3rd, 2024 morning at 6.30 am we had a very annoyed and an utterly rude gentleman at the desk. When I said we enoyed our stay, he asked us to get out and leave - that single incident may have potentially ruined all the good comments that I was going to post for this place. However, I am giving them benefit of the doubt - possibly that person was having a bad day or he just didn't like my face :) .

This property is great and the main shopping areas are around 20-40 min walk. I believe this hotel is more catered to couples as there was no door to the bathroom and give i travelled with my 13 yr old daughter it was slightly akward. The staff were friendly

Great property with view of the Eiffel Tower and about one km away from it. Central and walkable to most city attractions. Clean property. The host, Paul is amazing. Personable, friendly and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

Great location! Great hotel! No compromise on res.
Great stay! I am disappointed however because we had to change the reservation to cancel the last night due to a strike with the German train company which forced us to leave early. The hotel management was unwilling to work anything out for us citing it wasn’t their problem. I feel like it could’ve been handled better and we should have been able to meet in the middle.

The property was nice , I picked this property because of the Eiffel Tower view, but when I got there I could barely see the tower from my room but the staff was very nice and offer me a different room with a balcony for a better view , although I had to pay a little extra , it was worth it!

We first stayed near Louvre, and there was a lot of dining, shops and people walking. La Comtesse area is pretty dull compared to that area. But, I guess that's the price for a room with the Eiffel Tower view.

Overall stay wasn’t bad! Area around was nice and not too noisy with the street at night either. Room views really aren’t worth it though, for the price could’ve gone without it honestly we had to stick our heads out the window to be able to see the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are SMALL! Tiny tiny didn’t expect that. Was hard to manage with two suitcases and two people, either doors or around the bed had to be blocked. Overall wasn’t bad though but won’t stay here again.

As I reflect back to a month ago when we stayed at the Hotel La Comtesse I must say it was worth every euro and more. The hotel room was fabulously outfitted even though it was a small room, from the bedding and furnishings, bathroom and towels, to the balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff was both patient and helpful especially when our Uber driver never showed up. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Even though Paris is a walking city, the Hotel La Comtesse was a perfect location since we were using Uber to get around due to mobility issues. There were an abundance of great restaurants within a short walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel.

The stuff was extremely rude from the minute we got there. We also realized it wasn’t just us but anyone checking in. Manager was screaming at a couple on their honeymoon. They also add additional fees without telling you.

Probably you are referring to the city tax which is always added on the room bill for the guests and which is fro them to pay at their check-out (it is levied by the city of Paris and is 2.88 Euros per person and per day). The hotel is nice but the customer service is terrible. Daniel, the manager, was very rude with my family. Hotel is not friendly to accommodate last minute request due to the personal was not in the hotel. They have a baby cot but he didn’t want yo give it to me.
