More of a two star mentality. There was a lovely middle aged lady who seemed sincere and real nice. I loved her. There was a gentleman at the desk who was polite but inadvertently rude! First our check out according to Expedia was 12 PM at noon and according to a gentleman who checked us in, it was the same at noon but in the morning when I saw this new gentleman immediately asked what room we were at what time we were going to check out and I told him noon he said no check out is 1130 which I told him we were told that it was noon and he said no it’s 1130 later on when I explained it to the lady she said it’s because they do not have enough cleaning staff and Won had not showed up to work today not the end of the world I can handle it but what bothered me is it was a rainy day and my son and I took two umbrellas to go for a walk when we return, we put the two umbrellas in the umbrella basket and the guy kind of snaps and says where are the umbrellas? Did you bring them back? I did not see them and I’m like taken aback. Really sounded insulting.
I would not mind giving this place one more chance, so I’m giving it three out of five rating.
On the bright side, the room was clean, a bit noisy because of the construction next door, and again the lady was incredibly pleasant. Hence my more generous rating.
