It was a 2 star experience
The hotel stay was very ordinary, toilet doors broken, main door too tight, shower holder was broken, aircon did not work, room was dark even after switching alll lights. Overall it was a 2 star experience. The only plus point was its location from train station was convenient.

When we booked a room in this hotel it says 1 double bed and 2 single bed when we went their they have provided 1 double bed and 2 sofa bed the staff was very rude martyna a hotel manager she was very very rude would never go back to this hotel

Housekeeping non existent. Bathroom not cleaned our entire stay ( 7 nights. ) they would just put a roll of toilet paper if finished and add towels, sometimes only hand towels and if you needed bath towels, you may as well ship them in. Had to phone 3 to 4 times for anything requested. They don’t vacuum the rooms, take out trash, change bedding Basically, the lady would just make up the bed in such a terrible way it looked like my kids did it. Very disappointed, first time staying at a Novotel brand. Won’t return 😢

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and my two boys(9 and 6). It is in a perfect location if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the centre of Paris and go to Disneyland, which is only a few metro stops away. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a shopping centre where the metro is(RER A) and there’s also a carrefur(a supermarket) where we easily got what we needed for our days out. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and could all speak English, which helped a lot as despite our efforts, our French was very basic. As the hotel is in a commercial area, there weren’t options of restaurants at our doorstep so, for our convenience, for two nights we had dinner at the hotel. Food was good. We were all very happy with the soups in the starters section which gave us all some much needed vegetables, considering the amount of chips and bread that we had been eating. The mains were basic but expensive so we shared a few. The only downside was the size of the room. For a family of 4 we were given quite a small room, but didn’t bother us too much as we literally used it just to sleep. Beds were comfortable and room was always clean.

This hotel do not stay in, because we was English they didn’t care about what we was asking for, such as my sons birthday needed help didn’t help. And when we was leaving we asked for a taxi to gare de nord to catch a train they shrugged their shoulders and said they didn’t know then when we was suppose to be waiting 4 mins waited 15 mins then when we asked how long as we will miss our train he shrugged he’s shoulders again and didn’t care started to give attitude utterly unhelpful! 👎 and I was a lone parent with two small toddlers and luggage at 5am ! Rude !

We can give you few informations that could help you in the future: - We cannot organize special planning if you don't specify in your reservation such event, or if you don't contact the hotel beforehand. We're glad and happy to help every customer in any way physically possible for us. - About the taxi matter, it does not concern the hotel. In this kind of situation, the best way to prevent a problem is to anticipate and book a taxi the day before your departure. You can do it at the reception or use any VTC application working in France. - Due to social movement and strikes, it is possible the taxi has been bothered by the traffic. Also, since we're in Paris suburbs, taxis and such transportations cover a large area. 15 minutes is the common time for the taxi to arrive at our hotel if it is not booked before. The receptionist could not help more in this particular situation, since all he can do is to call a taxi for you and keep you updated if the taxi driver gives him enough informations. We would like to remind you taxis are not part in the hotel. Nevertheless, we hope that we will have the chance to welcome you again. Best regards, the reception.

I didn't like that none of the 3 rooms I booked 207, 209 and 211 had air conditioning. My family and I had to rely on oscillating fans to keep us cool.

Nice hotel and Good Location. Good breakfast and very nice staff. Special thanks to the guy at breakfast (dont know his name but he was always wearing a trouser suspender belt), he always had a smile and was always helpful. Only negative is that the air-conditioning only seems to work in the lobby and not the rooms, were its vital, we were sweating throughout the night on all 6 nights, so Disturbed sleep.

Great hotel for disney
Clean, tidy, bar areas and restaurant spotless. Pool isn’t quite what the pictures show but still it’s decent enough on a hot day for dip. We stayed for Disney and the pizza at the 24 hour bar were great for a snack after getting in at late hours. Really well positioned with a shopping centre opposite with resturants & carrefour too for bits

Bad experience. Not a Novotel type
First of all There is no AC in this hotel One of the Elevator was not working. I stayed 3 nights and was not fixed. When we entered the room , floor was wet and smelling really bad. I asked to change the room and got the room next day only. There is no exhaust/fan in bathroom. So imagine how difficult it is.

The are two Novotel hotel in same area. This one is not recommended at all. The hotel has unpleasant smell. Only one staff for reception. The room is very small and not clean. The bed is not comfortable as well. Different and strange people were stayed at the hotel as a result this hotel is not good for any stay especially family. Breakfast is below normal. Although there a chef for cooking egg only but no ingredients other than cheese.
